Deze richtlijn kent een aantal in de praktijk gangbare en thans geformaliseerde aanbestedingsprocedures en koppelt deze aan selectie-eisen en gunningscriteria. Zo kan de keuze van de aanbestedingsprocedure per project verschillen en het verloop van het project in belangrijke mate bepalen. De vernieuwde Aanbestedingswet moet leiden tot minder administratieve lasten en nog betere toegang van het midden- en kleinbedrijf tot overheidsopdrachten. During the Lean Six Sigma Upgrade-2-Black Belt course, we create a learning environment where you can directly apply and practice what you've learned under the guidance of professional trainers. We alternate between theory and practice, with a strong focus on interaction and assignments. ·         International certification level ·         Numerous assignments ·         Case studies where theory is directly applied in a project simulation ·         The unique English Lean Six Sigma Upgrade-2-Black Belt books Course structureYou will complete this course over four separate learning blocks of two days each, spread over three months. Each day begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM. You will receive the unique English-language Lean Six Sigma Upgrade -2-Black Belt books, which, along with several handouts, cover all the course material. These materials are useful for reviewing the theory during the course, preparing for the theory exam, and later as a reference. ProgramDuring the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to Black Belt course, we create a learning environment where you can immediately apply and practice what you've learned under the guidance of professional trainers. We alternate strongly between theory and practice, making frequent use of interaction and assignments. Part of this training includes working with and practicing statistical analyses, for which you'll need Excel and MiniTab during the course. Learning block 1 (2 days) After a deeper dive into statistics and MiniTab, you will learn to perform an initial analysis of the process. Various project methods and tools will be covered, along with the competencies you need as a true Black Belt. Learning block 2 (2 days) "Measuring is knowing." In this module, you will learn how to set up and carry out a reliable measurement, and how to validate your measurement system, so you can accurately assess your process performance. Learning block 3 (2 days) From problem to cause to solution. In this module, you will learn how to uncover the real causes of a failing process using (applied) statistics. The theory comes to life interactively, allowing you to make data and statistics work for you! Learning block 4 (2 days) Now that the causes are known, you will learn how to develop improvements, using both Lean solutions and statistical experiments and models. You will also learn how to implement and secure improvements permanently, ensuring continuous learning and improvement becomes second nature! Certified trainersOur trainers know the field both from the books and real-world practice. All of our Lean courses are taught by Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts. Our trainers possess expert-level knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and relevant change management themes. Additionally, they have the right teaching skills to facilitate experiential learning for the group. Target audienceThis course is designed for project leaders and consultants who will take on a leadership role in the Lean Six Sigma organization. As a Black Belt, you will execute large Lean Six Sigma improvement projects, mentor Green Belts, and act as a key partner for management. This course is at Bachelor’s degree level and requires prior completion of a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course or extensive practical Lean experience. Entry levelBachelor's degree You must have completed a full Lean (Six Sigma) Green Belt course. Course objectivesAfter completing this course, you will be trained to the internationally recognized Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level, according to ASQ standards. You will be able to efficiently and systematically identify and solve process problems. You will also be capable of managing improvement and change projects, leading to better-performing processes, higher quality, and productivity. This will result in lower costs for the company and increased customer satisfaction. Certification valueYou will be trained according to the standards of the ASQ® (American Society for Quality) to achieve the internationally recognized certification level of a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Upon completing the course, you will receive a Certificate of Participation. Theory examYou can choose to go for the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate by successfully completing the online theory exam. This online exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions. You pass the exam if you answer at least 70% of the questions correctly. The online exam is conducted at 14 locations throughout the Netherlands and can be taken on any weekday (sometimes also on a Saturday) at a time that suits you best. When registering for the theory exam, you may participate for free in the exam preparation session. You need to register separately for this on the MKPC website.  Practical certificationIf you wish to become a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, you will complete the course with a practical certification. For this, you must successfully complete two improvement projects using the Lean Six Sigma approach. You will present the approach and outcomes to the examination committee.
