De fiscale systematiek van box 3 is de afgelopen jaren flink veranderd. Als financieel professional is het essentieel om deze wijzigingen te doorgronden en klanten op basis van hun persoonlijke situatie gericht te adviseren. Met deze e-learning vergroot je jouw kennis over de drie fiscale regimes binnen box 3, het invullen van het OWR-formulier en het bepalen van de meest gunstige uitkomst voor je klant.
Wat leer je?
Je krijgt inzicht in de opbouw van box 3 vanaf 2001, met speciale aandacht voor de wijzigingen vanaf 2017: het oude forfaitaire regime, de Wet rechtsherstel en Overbruggingswet, én de nieuwe Wet tegenbewijsregeling. Je leert hoe en wanneer deze regimes toegepast worden en hoe je die vergelijkt voor de jaren 2017 t/m 2027. Ook ga je aan de slag met het correct toepassen van het OWR-formulier en het inschatten van belastingteruggaven.
Daarnaast bereid je je voor op de toekomst met kennis over het aankomende box 3-stelsel vanaf 2028. Praktische casussen en oefenlinks helpen je om het geleerde direct toe te passen in jouw adviespraktijk.
