OVERVIEW
This course starts with an overview of the planning process phases used in SAP Analytics Cloud for planning. The course focuses on manual planning, starting with the creation of the planning model and the setup of the planning story. Additional units focus on the core planning functionality in SAP Analytics Cloud for planning such as versions, the creation of the dimension members required for planning, data entry modes, inverse dimension formulas, and distribution of plan data using the planning panels. Auditing data, performing data validation, and implementing data locking to control data access are also part of the core learning for the course. The final unit focuses on seamless planning in SAP Analytics Cloud with SAP Datasphere.
The course material will be delivered in English.

Deelnemers ontdekken tijdens dit In Charge Program van The Recharge Club in 3 halve dagen wat hen energie (gevers) geeft en kost (vreters). Ze leren grenzen stellen, ritme vinden in het werk en goed omgaan met herstel. Thema’s zijn o.a. energiemanagement, in charge zijn, omgaan met prestatiedruk, je eigen batterij kennen en goed gebruiken. Daarnaast leren deelnemers hun eigen waarden en die van de organisatie beter begrijpen, deze eigen te maken en effectief te communiceren binnen hun rol. Alles om zowel ambitieus als opgeladen te zijn.
Dag 1 — Fundamentals
Dag 1 van het In Charge Program draait om energiemanagement. De groep zoomt in op wat energie geeft en kost, hoe je beter luistert naar je lichaam en hoe je bewust kiest waar je naartoe wilt. Deelnemers ontdekken verschillende manieren om op te laden en onderzoeken wat voor hen werkt. Het doel is dat iedereen naar huis gaat met meer inzicht in balans, energie en wat ze daarvoor nodig hebben.

During this three-day course, you’ll learn how emotions affect human relationship systems and how you can help others establish “locus of control.” By sharing this deeper understanding of change with others, you learn to help them embrace the idea of change as a natural phenomenon that is essential to any relationship system’s growth and development.
You’ll learn to help others face uncertainty with dignity and wisdom, moving from Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence to Relationship Systems Intelligence. Here are some of the topics we’ll cover:
Learning the 7 keys to fostering change through fluid, agile coaching
Techniques for managing emotionally intense situations within relationships
Using change management theory to enhance team and organizational resilience
Models like Deep Democracy, which enhance your awareness of group dynamics
Training days
The Intelligence course is three days long. On the second evening of the module, you are required to do a practical coaching with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment. This means coaching two individuals currently in a relationship. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the module. The leaders will give you more detailed information about this assignment before the first day of the module.
Since this course is based on a daily rate you are not obliged to stay at the venue overnight. If you would like to book one or more overnight stays at the venue and/or dinners, please contact the venue directly. Competence will not book your overnight stays and/or dinners.
