De opleiding Toegepaste Bedrijfskunde bij ICM biedt je de mogelijkheid om het diploma te behalen:
Toegepaste Bedrijfskunde - diploma
De opleiding stel je zelf samen en bestaat uit 5 modules: 4 kernmodules en 1 specialisatiemodule. Je sluit elke kernmodule af met een praktijkopdracht. Als je een module met een positief resultaat afsluit, ontvang je een deelcertificaat.
Na het afronden van de vijfde module maak je een eindopdracht waarin je de opgedane kennis en inzichten toepast op je praktijk en reflecteert op je eigen ontwikkeling. Als je de eindopdracht met een positief resultaat afsluit, ontvang je het officiële ICM Toegepaste Bedrijfskunde – diploma.

Internationally recognized certification for agile testers
Now that agile working has become commonplace in many situations, you might think that the role of Business Analyst (BA) is no longer needed. However, the opposite is true: a BA’s work is at least as important in an agile context as before. There is still a need to translate the organization’s vision and mission into workable systems. In fact, because of the short-cycle iterations, this just has to happen more often and focuses on smaller adjustments with more detail. The BA translates customer desire into value for the customer as efficiently and effectively as possible. In doing so, it is important to pay attention to what is minimally required for the so-called Minimal Viable Product (MVP) or Minimal Marketable Feature (MMF). One of the techniques for doing that is Behavior Driven Development (BDD), which we also practice with in the training.
In this two-day training you will gain insight into the important role and tasks of a BA at different levels in the organization and be introduced to a number of BA techniques from Babok (BA Book of Knowledge) that can be put to good use in an agile context. The training alternates theory with a large number of practical exercises on using the techniques. This experience ensures what is learned is immediately more applicable in daily practice. After the training, you will be well prepared for the exam. The CABA training can very well be followed up by the Agile Essentials or Advanced Agile Quality (AAQ) courses, which include practical Agile iterations in addition to the theoretical element. Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a voucher that allows them to take an online or classroom exam of their choice.

As the use of software plays an increasingly important role, usability is rightly receiving more and more attention. Usability Testing is an important aspect of thinking about and determining the usability of a software application. This two-day ISTQB® Certified Tester – Usability Testing training course will teach you the fundamentals of usability testing, looking at:
Usability as the direct interaction between the user and the system
User experience (UX), which includes the perceived service before and after using the system
Accessibility, focused on the use of the system by users with (for example, visual or hearing) impairments
The training also addresses such topics as:
The context in which usability testing should be placed (human-centered design)

AI Testing: Certification Training for AI-based Software
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become indispensable in today’s society. Developments in AI and in AI-based software follow each other in rapid succession. That means new and different challenges in the testing profession and AI testing. How do you determine whether an AI-based system meets quality requirements when the software is self-learning. How do you integrate testing of AI-based systems within the organization. How do you set up a testing infrastructure when an AI-based system is part of your application landscape, and what other testing challenges do you encounter.
This training is based on the ISTQB® Certified Tester AI syllabus and aims to provide participants with practical knowledge on the fundamentals of testing AI-based systems. The training will cover various topics such as developments within AI, generating, training, implementing and testing Machine Learning systems, AI-related testing challenges, testing strategy, test cases and testing infrastructure for AI-based systems. In addition, participants will be prepared for the ISTQB® Certified Tester AI exam.
Please note that this course has a heavier self-study load.
