De wereld van mens en werk verandert snel. Om dat tempo bij te benen, moeten medewerkers soms versnellen, of op een ander moment juist even op de rem trappen. Want stilstaan bij hun kansen helpt hun verder. Welke rol pakken ze nu en straks in een wereld die wordt gekenmerkt door voortschrijdende robotisering, internet of things, internationalisering en een focus op duurzaamheid? Werkt men voldoende vanuit hun talent? Zorgen ze zelf voldoende voor een goede gezondheid en dat ze flexibel en lang inzetbaar zijn? Maar laten we beginnen bij het begin: eerst afremmen en bewust worden. Misschien heeft u soms wel het gevoel dat u weet dát er veel verandert, maar kunt u die veranderingen lastig duiden. In deze workshop wordt ingezoomd op de belangrijkste ontwikkelingen die van invloed zijn op werk, inclusief trends op de arbeidsmarkt. Het doel is bewustwording van de veranderingen. De workshop daagt de deelnemers uit om ‘grote veranderingen’ te vertalen naar persoonlijke acties in het hier en nu.
