Follow the Advanced C++ from Vijfhart and learn to write safer, more efficient programs using C++98 and newer standards.
The focus of this course is on the extensibility of the C++ library. Directions are provided to enable the C++ programmer to write safer and more efficient programs. After the course, the student will be able to judge which language constructions would better be avoided, or preferably be used. The student will be able to write programs in the style of the standard library of the language. Initially, the original C++98 style will be used. But the increased comfort using the C++11 and C++14 extensions will be demonstrated as well.
Course attendees receive the following documentation:
- The course documentation consists of a book (in English), plus a student pack with copies of the presentation, exercises and solutions to the exercises.
- Shortly after the course the student will receive a certificate as a proof of participation.

Follow Linux Performance Analysis and Tuning and learn to measure and analyze CPU, memory, disk and network, with insight into kernel behavior to address performance loss effectively.
The training "Linux performance analysis and tuning" provides an insight into the methods and techniques to measure the performance of a Linux system, to interpret the results, and to implement improvements. Buying additional hardware usually is not an appropriate solution to a performance problem. The course teaches how to measure the load on the four most important hardware resources (CPU, memory, disk, network), and to prevent overloading by rearranging the configuration, by spreading or limiting the load or, as a last resort, to purchase additional hardware. Lab exercises, - under the guidance of the course teacher - will provide the necessary practical skills.

VCA Basis inclusief examen (eventueel in combinatie met code 95)
VCA Basis is een veiligheidsdiploma op het gebied van veilig en gezond werken. De VCA Basis staat voor VGM Checklist Aannemers Basisveiligheid. De VCA Basis, afgekort tot B-VCA, is bedoeld voor uitvoerende medewerkers zonder leidinggevende rol. Met dit diploma toont iemand aan dat hij of zij de basiskennis van veilig en gezond werken beheerst. Is dan bekend met de Arbowet- en regelgeving, het herkennen van onveilige situaties en handelingen en het voorkomen van arbeidsongevallen. Het VCA Basis diploma wordt vaak gevraagd door werkgevers of opdrachtgevers wanneer risicovolle werkzaamheden verricht moeten worden.
Examen Het mutiple-choice examen wordt aansluitend aan de trainingsdag afgenomen.
Certificaat Geslaagde cursisten ontvangen een B-VCA certificaat en een pasje met een geldigheidsduur van 10 jaar.

Twee dagen praktijkgericht les krijgen in beïnvloeden & overtuigen
Op de 1e dag ligt de focus op het beïnvloeden van je gesprekspartner, op basis van wetenschappelijke inzichten en logica. Je krijgt lessen aangereikt van de meesters en zelfs Nobelprijswinnaars op dit gebied. Je leert door middel van praktijkoefeningen, hoe je overtuigingen van anderen, in jouw voordeel laat werken.
