In het eerste dagdeel bespreken we de theorie. Zo behandelen we VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) een term die oorspronkelijk uit het Amerikaanse leger komt en een context beschrijft waarin opereren onder druk de norm is.
Juist in een VUCA-wereld worden de verschillen zichtbaar tussen mensen en teams die verkrampen onder druk, en die leren handelen in onduidelijkheid. Daarom krijg je in de ochtend theorie over drie fundamentele vaardigheden:
