The SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) course is all about aligning strategy with execution. It emphasizes the need for change at both the central portfolio layer and the decentralized implementation when transforming to Lean Agile as an organization. The training, based on the SAFe framework, focuses on three components of Lean Portfolio Management: Strategy and Investment Funding, Agile Portfolio Operations, and Lean Governance. Participants will be equipped with practical tools like the current and future portfolio canvas and the portfolio kanban. Aspects of budgeting and measurement at the portfolio level are also covered.
This course is the official SAFe course and is delivered by certified trainers. The SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM) certification exam is included in the course. The cost of the exam is part of the course price. You will take this online exam at a time and place of your own choice, but within 30 days of the course. In the Scaled Agile online learning environment, you will have access to an e-learning prior to attending the course and to the digital workbook that accompanies the course. You can also use this environment to take a practice test (mock exam). If this is your first SAFe training, a one-year membership to SAFe Studio is included. Through SAFe Studio, you have access to all articles of the SAFe-framework, SAFe Copilot, e-learnings, videos, discussion forums, toolkits and templates. We always use the latest training materials from Scaled Agile.

U wilt leren hoe hackers te werk gaan en welke aanvalstechnieken zij gebruiken.
Om een beter begrip te krijgen van de risico's waarmee een bedrijf geconfronteerd kan worden, is het van belang om te begrijpen hoe hackers denken en waar ze hun informatie vandaan halen. Dit inzicht helpt bij het bepalen van de juiste aanpak voor informatiebeveiliging en zorgt ervoor dat informatiebeveiligers zich bewust zijn van alle relevante risico's. Deze cursus behandelt niet alleen de theoretische achtergrond, maar biedt ook een praktische hacking workshop waarbij cursisten begeleid worden bij het hacken van een webapplicatie. Daarnaast wordt er ook aandacht besteed aan de meerwaarde van ethisch hacken om de beveiliging van het eigen bedrijf te testen.
Na de cursus ontvangen de cursisten een zelfstudieopdracht over Linux en Networking en krijgen zij toegang tot de Try Hack Me omgeving. How do I follow the hybrid Scrum Master training?
You will receive the teaching materials at home a few days before the training.
The first and second half day of classes (both from 09:00-13:00) you log in to our Virtual Classroom via your laptop. The interaction is guaranteed with a maximum of 7 other participants. Just like in a real Scrum team.
You will follow the practical workshop day together with the other participants as a Scrum team (from 09:30 to 16:30) at our location in Haarlem. During this workshop day you practice in practice and you experience how Scrum theory comes to life in practice and what it is like to be a Scrum Master in practice.
You will receive a personal online e-learning for your laptop and tablet. In this you can use video material and quizzes to master the material even further and plan and take your exam
What are the advantages of the Hybrid training?

Our hybrid Scrum Master training fits in seamlessly with this and thus includes the best of both worlds; the interactivity of physical training with the flexibility and convenience of an online course. It is a tough exam, but don't worry, we prepare you thoroughly during the training so that you can take the exam with confidence. At the end of the exam you will immediately receive the results and if you pass you are internationally certified!
Which Scrum certificate do I receive?
You can choose between two major internationally recognized Scrum Master certificates: Scrum Master Certified (SMC) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Of these, SMC is the most generic, not specifically IT-oriented, certificate. PSM from scrum.org is, partly due to its history, more IT-oriented. The Scrum theory required to obtain each of the certificates is the same. In general, PSM's exam questions are slightly more IT-oriented.

That is why we primarily offer you the exam and certificate for Scrum Master Certified. Een goed werkend 3-lines of defence model is essentieel voor beheersen van de belangrijkste risico's en voor het in-control zijn van de organisatie. Door heldere taken & verantwoordelijkheden en het optimaliseren van de samenwerking tussen de lijnen kan de efficiëntie van de interne beheersing vaak worden vergroot. Daarbovenop versterkt het het risicobewustzijn van management en medewerkers.In 2020 is het model aangepast naar het positievere 3-lines model met meer aandacht voor de rollen die de verschillende lines hebben en de samenwerking tussen de lijnen. Dit is een welkome aanvulling op het eerdere model. Toch behoudt ook de oude 3-LoD haar waarde en kunnen beide modellen naast elkaar gebruikt worden.
Het 3-LoD model is voor veel organisaties de basis voor de inrichting van hun control organisatie. De inrichting van de 3-LoD verschilt per type organisatie en hangt af van de grootte en complexiteit. Kortom, de praktijk is weerbarstig.
Er spelen veel dilemma’s, bijv.: wat neem je over als de 1e lijn zijn taken niet uitvoert? Is een 3e lijn zinvol in een kleine organisatie? Hoe richt je je 3-lines model in op een wijze die past bij je organisatie? Welke succesfactoren en randvoorwaarden zijn er? De eerste lijn staat het dichts bij de risico’s en kan ze vaak ook het beste beheersen, maar hoe krijg je haar meer in beweging? Wat doe je wel en wat niet als 2e en 3e lijn? En hoe vergroot je het risicobewustzijn, houding en gedrag van je management en medewerkers?
Aan de hand van zowel het 3-LM als het 3-LoD model én actuele praktijkvoorbeelden werken we aan een voorbeeld verbeter- of implementatieplan, als rode draad door de cursus.

Inhoud
Tijdens deze 2-daagse cursus gaan we op zoek naar de best mogelijke stappen voor jouw organisatie. We starten met een 0-meting vooraf waarmee je bekijkt hoe volwassen de invulling van jouw organisatie is van het 3-LoD model.
Op dag 1 word je meegenomen in de uitleg over het verschil tussen het oude en nieuwe model, de kracht, de risico's en de praktijkvoorbeelden. Daarna gaan we de verdieping in en bespreken we de taken en rollen van het bestuursorgaan en de 1e lijn. Tijdens het diner zal een organisatie uit de financiële sector hun reis naar een werkend 3-LoD vertellen. Er is bewust voor een gastspreker uit de financiële sector gekozen omdat zij een hoog volwassenheid kennen qua 3-LoD.
Op dag 2 gaan we in op de rol en de verantwoordelijkheden van de 2e en 3e lijn. Ook zij spelen een sleutelrol in het verbeterproces.
Tijdens de 2 dagen bepaal je aan de hand van inhoud, dilemma's, voorbeelden de routekaart voor jouw organisatie. Deze 'eigen' routekaart vormt de rode draad door de 2 dagen heen.
Bestemd voor
Accountants (AA/RA's), (register)controllers (RC's), Certified Public Controllers (CPC's), Intern accountants, Overheidsaccountants en andere financiële professionals werkzaam in het publieke domein.
Deelnemers worden verondersteld minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring te hebben met control-audit in het publieke domein. Ook hebben zij zicht op de huidige governance structuur van hun organisatie. Basiskennis van het 3-LoD model wordt bekend verondersteld.

De ontwikkelingen op de werkvloer gaan razendsnel. Van organisaties wordt wendbaarheid en vernieuwing gevraagd. Tegelijkertijd is het een uitdaging om jong talent vast te houden en duurzame inzetbaarheid van de oudere generatie is voor veel organisaties een belangrijk thema.

Online grip op bloosangst training
De online zelfhulp training om weer grip te krijgen op bloosangst. De training bestaat uit 5 krachtige modules en 22 lessen met leuke opdrachten en tools die je direct kunt toepassen. Met als resultaat: meer rust, plezier en zelfvertrouwen in sociale situaties.
Als jij wilt leren hoe je los komt van je angst om te blozen, dan ga je nu ontdekken hoe dat kan.
Misschien zeg je nu liever niets tijdens een meeting of voel je je angstig als alle ogen op jou gericht zijn wanneer je de aandacht krijgt. Je kunt je ongemakkelijk voelen als iemand je een persoonlijke vraag stelt of schrikken als je onverwachts iemand tegenkomt.
De angst wat anderen van je zullen denken als je rood wordt of het idee dat je straks weer gaat blozen kost een hoop energie. Je aandacht gaat continue naar de gedachte ‘als ik straks maar niet weer rood wordt’. Hierdoor ervaar je minder rust en zelfvertrouwen en heb je het idee dat anderen een verkeerd beeld van je kunnen hebben vanwege je angst om te blozen.
Misschien zet je zelfs al veiligheidsgedrag in en zoek je afleiding door even weg te lopen en een glas water te pakken als je in gesprek bent om maar te voorkomen dat ze zien dat je bloost. Of je hebt kansen aan je voorbij laten gaan, bijvoorbeeld: die ene leuke date laten gaan omdat je je schaamt voor je blozen of heb je niet gesolliciteerd op die leuke baan omdat je bang bent om rood te worden.
Afspreken met familie en vrienden kan ongemakkelijk voelen. Het idee dat je in de spotlight staat kan ervoor zorgen dat je vaker afspraken afzegt omdat bloosangst inmiddels je leven beheerst. Je bent jezelf niet en weet nog niet hoe je om kunt gaan met deze angst.
Er is een antwoord waarmee je weer grip kunt krijgen op bloosangst en vanuit meer rust en plezier jezelf kan zijn.

De inhoud van de 5 modules
Module 1 Wat is bloosangst?
In deze module leer je wat bloosangst wel en niet is, in welke situaties blozen vaak voorkomt en wat het nut is van blozen. Tijdens deze module ga je aan de slag met het bepalen van je doel voor deze training.
Module 2 Oorzaken en patronen
In deze module ga je aan de slag met het herkennen van de oorzaken en patronen van bloosangst. Je leert hoe bloosangst precies werkt en krijgt handvatten waarmee je stap voor stap de vicieuze bloosangst cirkel doorbreekt.
Module 3 Inventariseren
In deze module ga je inventariseren welke situaties en triggers jouw bloosangst versterken. Je leert je triggers herkennen en gaat actief aan de slag om grip te krijgen op je angst.
Module 4 Neutraliseren
In deze module leer je hoe je jouw bloosangst kunt neutraliseren. Je leert wat emoties zijn en hoe je angst los kan laten. Je krijgt grip op emoties en niet helpende gedachten. Je leert door te doen en te voelen. Hierdoor ervaar je meer rust, plezier en zelfvertrouwen.
Module 5 Stabiliseren
In deze module leer je hoe je om kunt gaan met onverwachte schrikmomenten. Je leert de triggers van je angst stabiliseren en voorkomt dat je terugvalt in oude patronen.
