Basistraject - 3 gesprekken
Ik coach op persoonlijke effectiviteit, zelfvertrouwen, vinden en volgen van je eigen kompas, loopbaan vraagstukken, outplacement, … Herken jij jezelf in onderstaande of soortgelijke vraagstukken?
In bepaalde situaties, of met bepaalde collega’s zie ik mezelf, zonder dat ik het wil, steeds weer in hetzelfde gedrag “schieten”. Ik zou hier graag meer regie op willen.
Ik wil graag besluitvaardiger zijn en meer vertrouwen op mijn eigen gevoel en intuïtie

In de huidige samenleving zijn er nogal wat verwachtingen: vanuit je gezin/familie, werk, vrienden, partner enz. En dan heb je ook nog te maken met je eigen denkpatronen en automatische reacties, die jou in het verleden altijd hielpen, maar waar je nu soms ook last van hebt. Het is een kunst en uitdaging geworden om in dit spanningsveld je eigen kompas te vinden en te volgen.
Afhankelijk van de coachvraag gaan we in een bepaald aantal gesprekken aan de slag. Ik put hierbij uit een breed palet van coach-instrumenten, met altijd jouw doel op het netvlies. “Huiswerk”, in de vorm van doe- of schrijfopdrachten is ook vaak onderdeel van het traject, zodat je wordt geprikkeld om nieuw gedrag te oefenen, en/of tussentijds bewust met je ontwikkelproces bezig te blijven.
Tijdens het traject doe je veel inzichten op over jezelf, vaak gaat het er vooral om dat je bepaalde stukjes van jezelf ook echt accepteert. Het klinkt tegenstrijdig maar pas als dat lukt ontstaat er ruimte voor ontwikkeling en voor de keuzes die je wilt maken.
Praktisch: Het traject bestaat uit drie coachgesprekken van 1,5 uur, met ongeveer 2 of 3 weken tussen elk gesprek, afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid tijd die jij tussendoor beschikbaar hebt.

Intervisie - intakegesprek en 6 bijeenkomsten
Doel
In een groep van 4 tot 6 collega's van gelijkwaardig niveau (verschillende afdelingen geen probleem) ben je actief met je persoonlijke ontwikkeling: je hebt hierdoor scherp waar je potentie ligt, en op welke gebieden je nog een ontwikkeling te maken hebt. Op basis van dit inzicht zet je bewuste ontwikkelstappen.
Intervisie
Om competenties goed te kunnen ontwikkelen is het belangrijk om te leren reflecteren: je eigen handelen, gedachten en gevoelens onder woorden brengen, analyseren en de conclusies te gebruiken voor aanpassing van je handelen. Intervisie biedt een goede omgeving om reflectie te oefenen en te ontwikkelen, het is een manier om leren en werken met elkaar te verbinden. Er is een sterke link met de dagelijkse werkpraktijk, vanuit de inhoud wordt gedrag bespreekbaar.
Traject en aanpak
Persoonlijke intake
Elke deelnemer heeft voorafgaand aan het traject een coachgesprek met mij. Ik vraag hiervoor een biografie opdracht te schrijven, een 360 graden feedback formulier uit te vragen en te verwerken en je persoonlijk ontwikkeldoel te formuleren. In het coachgesprek leggen we de link tussen deze drie elementen, als basis voor reflectie en ontwikkeling voor de rest van het traject.
Intervisietraject
Voorafgaand aan het traject brengen de deelnemers hun persoonlijke ontwikkeldoelen in. Elke deelnemer brengt voorafgaand aan elke sessie een casus in. Gelijkwaardigheid en vertrouwelijkheid zijn hierbij belangrijke uitgangspunten. Tijdens elke sessie worden meestal twee casussen behandeld volgens een intervisie agenda. Erna schrijft ieder een reflectieverslag. Middels de intervisie, de reflectieverslagen en de werkpraktijk worden de ontwikkeldoelen verder aangescherpt, en wordt de voortgang bijgehouden.
Groepsgrootte en frequentieDe ideale groepsgrootte is 4 tot 6 deelnemers en de frequentie is ongeveer elke 6 weken, de bijeenkomsten duren 2,25 uur.

For the captain and other persons on board who are responsible for medical care.
Prerequisites:
STCW BT (Basic Training) certificate.
