The virtual certified Professional Scrum Product Owner course is intended for participants who have little experience in working with Scrum and want to gain more knowledge of the Product Owner role.The two-day virtual Professional Scrum Product Owner I course covers topics such as Agile Project Management, managing requirements, product releases and value-driven development. You will also learn about Scrum and how synergy is achieved within Scrum. The Scrum framework is covered very briefly, with the aim of mapping out the field of the Product Owner. Most time during the course is spent on understanding the role of the Product Owner and his responsibilities. By participating in a virtual course, you immediately experience all the facilitation techniques and tools that our trainers use. This provides additional value when compared to a physical course.
