Opleiding: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)

Deze training bereidt je voor op de rol van Power Platform Functional Consultant. Je leert hoe je klantwensen vertaalt naar werkende oplossingen met Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI en Power Virtual Agents. Je ontwikkelt vaardigheden in het modelleren van data met Dataverse, het bouwen van apps en dashboards, en het automatiseren van processen en klantinteracties. Dankzij hands-on labs pas je je kennis direct toe in realistische scenario’s.

Onderwerpen die aan bod komen:

• Power Platform-overzicht: architectuur, rollen en gebruiksscenario’s
• Dataverse: datamodellen bouwen, data importeren/exporteren, AI Builder
• Power Apps: canvas-, model-driven- en portal apps ontwerpen
• Power Automate: (business process) flows maken, goedkeuringen, UI flows
• Power Virtual Agents: chatbots bouwen, onderwerpen en entiteiten configureren
• Power BI: dashboards bouwen, data modelleren, visualisaties delen

Deze training is bedoeld voor consultants, analisten of ontwikkelaars die Power Platform-oplossingen willen ontwerpen, bouwen en beheren binnen organisaties.

Het lesmateriaal is Engelstalig. De training wordt verzorgd door een gecertificeerde Nederlandstalige trainer.

A Power Platform Functional Consultant is responsible for performing discovery, capturing requirements, engaging subject matter experts and stakeholders, translating requirements, and configuring Power Platform solutions and apps. The Functional Consultant implements components of a solution that include application enhancements, custom user experiences, system integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and custom visualizations.Module 1: Introduction to the Power Platform

This module will provide the learner with background about the Power Platform and its 4 key components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

In this module, students will learn about creating a data model in Microsoft Dataverse, including importing data, using tabular reporting options, and configuring security. They will also learn about creating easy AI with AI Builder.
