All mClub Executive and Leadership Coaches are accredited by internationally recognised bodies such as ICF, ILM, EMCC and more. They have accumulated a minimum of 100 hours of coaching, with the majority of mClub coaches having accumulated over 2500 coaching hours with senior leaders across the globe, in a variety of industries.
You will be matched with a coach based on your specific needs and level of seniority and will have the option to meet with your coach for one hour, once or twice a month, for the duration of your coaching engagement.
