Using structured frameworks and hands-on modelling, you’ll learn how to translate customer value into sustainable pricing, design packages that align with market needs, and balance revenue with cost and investment. You’ll explore: The Profit Streams™ Canvas for visualising value, cost, and profit flow Value and cost modelling to identify key leverage points Pricing architectures and licensing models that scale with your business Packaging design and product segmentation for optimal value delivery Scenario and margin modelling to evaluate strategic options Governance, metrics, and experimentation for continuous learning Aligning multiple profit streams across a portfolio The first two days of this training overlap with Software Pricing Fundamentals, reinforcing core pricing concepts. The third day extends into full profit system design, giving you the tools and confidence to lead monetisation strategically. What you will learn You’ll gain the knowledge and frameworks to connect value creation, pricing strategy, and cost management into a single system. You’ll be able to design, validate, and communicate profit models that drive both customer and business success.
