Sommige presentaties hebben een groter strategisch belang dan gemiddeld. Denk aan het binnenhalen van belangrijke opdrachten, het overtuigen van het MT of het motiveren van je team. Er staat wat op het spel terwijl de doelgroep zich niet altijd even eenvoudig laat overtuigen. Hoe ga jij het verschil maken? Omdat storytelling zo’n essentieel deel van je werkzaamheden is, vraag je je af hoe je hier echt goed in kunt worden. Deze driedaagse training zorgt ervoor dat je je comfortabel en kundig voelt als het op strategische communicatie aankomt. Story strategie Hoewel je ervaren bent in het presenteren, heb je het gevoel dat er meer mogelijk is. Hoe kun je je publiek niet alleen op cognitief niveau aanspreken, maar speel je ook in op hun onderbuikgevoel? Hoe zorg je dat je veeleisende en drukbezette publiek je verhaal echt hoort en onthoudt? Hoe haal je de laatste restjes twijfel weg en zorg je dat het verhaal doorverteld wordt binnen de organisatie? De driedaagse training Storydesign en Storytelling leert je alle ins en outs van het mondeling beïnvloeden. Je leert snel en effectief een story strategie ontwikkelen voor verschillende stakeholders met verschillende belangen. Je leert werken met diverse soorten verhaalstructuren. En je ontdekt hoe je het psychologische proces van overtuigen kunt aanjagen. Je leert de Storydesign-methodiek tot in de finesses kennen. Daarnaast leer je hoe je door middel van Storytelling zowel het hoofd als het hart van je publiek kunt beroeren. De training bestaat uit drie dagen en wordt in groepjes van maximaal 7 deelnemers uitgevoerd. Wat gaan we doen? Dag 1 Je leert onderscheid te maken tussen de verschillende genres in presenteren en hier handig gebruik van te maken. We leren je ‘uitzoomen’ op je presentaties. Zo leer heel strategisch naar je verhaal te kijken. De meeste beslissingen worden in ons onderbewuste gemaakt. Nadat we op onderbuik de beslissing genomen hebben, zoeken we er op bewust niveau onderbouwing bij. Daarom leren we je hoe je zowel de onderbuik als het hoofd van je publiek kunt raken. Je maakt kennis met inzichten uit de oudheid, maar ook met de laatste wetenschappelijke inzichten over beïnvloeding. Je leert PowerPoint slides maken die voldoen aan de wetmatigheden van mondelinge communicatie. Hierdoor voorkom je ‘cognitive overload’ bij je publiek en stuur je hun aandacht heel precies naar de voor jou belangrijke zaken. Dag 2 Tijdens deze dag laten we je zien wat er mogelijk is met Storytelling. Je leert verschillende soorten illustraties gebruiken: anekdotes, metaforen en analogieën. We leren je hoe je moeiteloos creatieve verhalen vindt in je eigen omgeving. Je oefent met het slim kiezen van het juist verhaal bij jouw strategische doel. Hierdoor ben je niet alleen bezig met het vertellen van goeie verhalen, maar bereik je ook je professionele doel. Je werkt met simpele vertelstructuren, maar ook met uitgebreide, meer psychologische gelaagde verhalen. Dag 3 Tijdens dag 3 combineren we al het geleerde, we kijken daarbij naar hoe je voor een groep communiceert en hoe je dat met een paar wijzigingen naar een hoger plan kunt tillen. Je leert hoe je toegankelijk en competent overkomt zodat je maximaal draagvlak creëert. Tijdens deze derde dag leer je hoe je dynamisch kunt interacteren met je publiek We laten je kennismaken met 'de truukjes van het vak'. Avond seminar Duurzame ontwikkeling mogelijk maken met mentoring

MentesMe organiseert 4 avondseminars voor leiding­gevenden uit het MKB. Het doel van dit seminar is inzichten te geven in de wijze waarop het lerend vermogen van een organisatie effectief kan worden ingezet voor een duurzame ontwikkeling en continuïteit. In bijeenkomsten tot maximaal 12 personen wordt antwoord gegeven op: hoe talenten en kwaliteiten intelligent in te zetten met een hogere arbeidssatisfactie als resultaat; hoe verkrijg ik meer rendement uit training en opleiding en zet ik effectief aanwezig talent in; op welke wijze is duurzame en bedrijfskritische kennis te borgen; waarom is de koppeling tussen individuele doelen en de doelen van de organisatie zo belangrijk? Doelgroep De opleiding Preventiemedewerker is bedoeld voor degene die is aangewezen voor het uitvoeren van de Arbo- en preventietaken binnen de organisatie. Lesstof Ongeveer 3 weken voorafgaand aan de training ontvangen de deelnemers het lesboek Preventiemedewerker van het NIBHV. Examen Het examen voor de opleiding Preventiemedewerker bestaat uit 2 onderdelen: - Theorie: een theorie-examen met meerkeuzevragen; - Praktijk: De docent toetst tijdens de cursus uw praktische vaardigheden. Certificering Wanneer beide onderdelen met een voldoende zijn afgesloten ontvangt de cursist het diploma Preventiemedewerker van het NIBHV. Aanvang Wij verwachten u 15 minuten voor aanvang van de training op de genoemde locatie. De kandidaat dient zich gedurende de gehele cursus te kunnen legitimeren. Gedurende de lesdag moeten enkele praktijkopdrachten worden uitgevoerd, hierbij is het handig als u een laptop/tablet meeneemt. Om aan te sluiten binnen de risico's van uw organisatie is toegang tot uw RI&E een pré, dit is echter niet noodzakelijk om de training te doorlopen. Lunch en consumpties Lunch en consumpties zijn bij de cursusprijs inbegrepen wanneer de training plaatsvindt op het Oefencentrum van Preventief BV en het een volledige dagopleiding betreft.
