Het is een doelgerichte zelfstudiemethode voor het examen VIL-VCU en is gebaseerd op de meest recente eindtermen. In negen hoofdstukken wordt u stap voor stap door de stof geleid. Effectief door kou

Tijdens de eendaagse training Effectief door kou leer je over de kracht van kou; welke positieve gezondheidseffecten blootstelling aan kou met zich meebrengt, en hoe je hier op een veilige manier mee kunt beginnen of verder opbouwen. Vind je het lastig om in balans te blijven? Kun je wel wat meer energie gebruiken om je werk (online en weer deels op kantoor) goed en prettig te doen? Voel je dat je wel wat te winnen hebt qua fitheid, zowel fysiek als mentaal? Ben je benieuwd naar de positieve effecten van kou, en naar de ervaringen van anderen hiermee? Of wil je met een collega eens ‘iets nieuws’ uitproberen met een WOW-effect? Mindset en vitaliteit Dan is deze eendaagse training Effectief door KOU echt wat voor jou! Je blootstellen aan (een beetje) kou kan je gezondheid al een behoorlijke boost geven, ALLES wordt even flink ‘aangezet’. Op deze dag ga jij het water in. Met meer energie, een warm lichaam en een opgewekt humeur tot gevolg. Door onze moderne, en vaak gemakzuchtige, manier van leven verblijven we tegenwoordig in huizen en kantoren die continu warm worden gestookt. We hebben ons lichaam (en geest) hiermee best wel lui gemaakt. Ondanks het feit dat koude baden al eeuwenlang worden toegepast. Zelfs Hippocrates memoreerde hier al aan! De positieve effecten van kou worden nu steeds meer wetenschappelijk aangetoond. Daarnaast kunnen we veel leren van koude oorden waar al decennia lang onderzoek wordt gedaan naar wat kou met ons doet. INHOUD PROGRAMMA Naast kennis over gezondheidseffecten door kou, en tips over het starten en volhouden van deze nieuwe gewoonte, ga je een mooie ervaring aan met mededeelnemers. De dag is afwisselend opgebouwd met verbinding maken, kennis en inzicht ontvangen, oefenen met voorbereidende principes en warming up, en toewerkend naar een persoonlijk koude ervaring. Tussendoor en achteraf word je lekker verwend met koffie, thee, en een heerlijke lunch. Instructies over het koude-moment en veiligheid volgen na inschrijving (neem je zwemspullen mee..). Kleine groep, grote impact Je volgt deze training in een kleine groep van maximaal acht deelnemers met diverse achtergronden, functies en werkvelden. Je deelt de trainingsthema’s vanuit verschillende invalshoeken, en kunt oefenen en inspiratie opdoen in een divers gezelschap.
