Stipel zorgt ervoor dat werknemers hun kennis over veilig werken met gas en elektriciteit kunnen aantonen met een certificaat dat in de gehele branche wordt geaccepteerd (Stipel, 2020). Zonder certificaat mag er niet gewerkt worden in de energietechniek.
