Het model is afgeleid van familieopstellingen. Bij een familieopstelling zoekt iemand uit een groep enkele mensen die de leden van zijn familie representeren. Hij stelt hen vervolgens op in de ruimte in relatie tot elkaar. Het bijzondere is dat zodra deze representanten hun plaats hebben ingenomen, ze zich voelen en gedragen zoals de mensen die ze representeren, hoewel ze die niet kennen. Op deze manier krijgen we door middel van de opstelling een helder beeld over datgene wat er in het familiesysteem speelt. Als we deze methode toepassen op organisaties, dan krijgen we een goed overzicht van de organisatie of het team, hoe die zichzelf vastzet en kan vanuit daar toegewerkt worden naar een oplossing of naar het accepteren van dat wat is. Deze 3-daagse Python cursus is ontwikkeld als kennismaking met Python. Hierbij ligt de nadruk op het begrijpen van code en blijft het zelf programmeren beperkt tot het aanpassen en uitbreiden van bestaande scripts. In deze cursus leer je: - Over essentiële aspecten van programmeren in het algemeen en van de programmeertaal Python in het bijzonder. - De basisprincipes van Python ("The Zen of Python") kennen. - De opvallende syntax van Python te doorgronden. (Deze is nogal afwijkend t.o.v. andere programmeertalen). - Scripts te begrijpen en (indien noodzakelijk) kleine aanpassingen aan te brengen. Kennis van de programmeertaal Python is in veel rollen (DevOps, data scientist, network engineer, etc.) een pre. Bij de SIAM Professional Training leer je hoe je service integratie in jouw organisatie kunt analyseren, ontwerpen, implementeren, bewaken en verbeteren. Tijdens de training staat succesvolle implementatie van SIAM in de praktijk centraal. We doen dit aan de hand van de SIAM Roadmap. Algemeen Service Integration and Management (SIAM) heeft zich ontwikkeld, omdat organisaties zich meer en meer bewegen van complete uitbesteding naar één enkele leverancier naar een omgeving met meerdere service providers. SIAM is ontstaan vanuit de uitdagingen die behoren bij deze complexere leveringsmodellen. Het biedt governance, management, integration, assurance, and coordination om te zorgen dat de klantorganisatie maximale waarde krijgt van haar service providers. De voordelen van SIAM zijn groots. Studiebelasting De SIAM Professional training bestaat uit 3 trainingsdagen van 9.00 tot 17.00 uur. Tussen de trainingsdagen zit steeds een periode van minimaal 2 weken voor studie en voorbereiding. Na deze dagen wordt in overleg met de cursisten een halve dag gepland voor de eindpresentatie én een halve dag voor het examen. Voor de SIAM Professional training moet u rekenen op een studiebelasting van zo’n 60 uur. Deze tijd is nodig voor het bestuderen van de stof, maken van de huiswerkopdrachten, maken van de eindpresentatie en voorbereiding op het examen. Het examen is met gesloten boek en bestaat uit 40 meerkeuzevragen. Minimaal heeft u 26 correcte antwoorden (65%) nodig om te slagen. Het examen duurt 90 minuten en kan op papier en online afgenomen worden. Suerte Academy biedt deelnemers examengarantie. Mocht u niet slagen voor het examen, dan kunt u geheel kosteloos aan de herkansing deelnemen. Na een succesvol afgelegd examen ontvangt u van EXIN het SIAM Professional certificaat.
