An advanced Scrum Master class
Professional Scrum Master - Advanced (PSM-A) course is a 2-day advanced Scrum Master class designed to support Scrum Masters in their professional development. The PSM-A course is intended for Scrum Masters with at least one year of experience who are looking to grow their knowledge and abilities as a Scrum Master.
This course is one step in that journey. The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification exam.
Unlike the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course which focuses on how to use Scrum, the Scrum framework and the role of the Scrum Master, PSM-A is an advanced course helping students to understand the stances that characterize an effective Scrum Master and servant-leader while diving deep into how they serve the Development Team, Product Owner and organization. The course then teaches students about related practices and skills to enable them to have the right types of conversations and how to apply them to become better Scrum Masters.
What you will learn
Over the 2 days, students will learn about areas critical to growing as a successful Scrum Master such as how the principles and values of Scrum help guide Scrum Masters in the decisions they make and how the Scrum Master can help change the environment of Scrum Teams, creating an environment for agility to thrive. SAFe DevOps Practitioner (SDP)
Samenvatting
Deze tweedaagse training biedt een uitgebreid overzicht van de DevOps-competenties die nodig zijn om de marktintroductietijd te verkorten door de waardestroom te verbeteren via de Continuous Delivery Pipeline. Deelnemers zullen in staat zijn de huidige waardestroom in kaart te brengen van 'idea to cash', en praktijken identificeren die knelpunten in het ontwikkelproces kunnen elimineren.
De training zal een inzicht geven van de volledige waardestroom van Continuous Exploration tot Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment en Release on Demand. Deelnemers zullen kennis opdoen van SAFe's CALMR (Culture, Automation, Lean, Measure, Recover) - benadering van DevOps, dat helpt bij het creëren van een cultuur van gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige spectrum van levering van oplossingen. Het helpt mensen, processen en technologie in de hele organisatie op elkaar af te stemmen om een kortere marktintroductietijd te bereiken.
Deelnemers krijgen handreikingen om een implementatieplan te kunnen stellen hun Delivery Pipeline te verbeteren en de kennis om dat plan te ondersteunen. De training bereidt de deelnemers ook voor op het optionele SAFe® DevOps Practitioner (SDP) certificeringsexamen.

SAFe schrijft diverse rollen voor om in samenhang het geheel van de product cq diensten ontwikkeling te kunnen opleveren. DevOps is HET vehicle waarop de Agile Release Train op programma niveau zich voort beweegt. DevOps-Competenties zijn dan ook essentieel voor het succesvol uitvoeren van een samenhangend geheel.

Waarom?
Om de grote en complexe ontwikkel- en beheerprocessen in goede banen te leiden, wordt er binnen het SAFe raamwerk gewerkt met zgn. Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Op dit Programma niveau wordt door middel van DevOps de samenhang tussen ontwikkeling en beheer gebalanceerd en optimaal uitgevoerd. Deze ARTs zorgen er tevens voor dat er alignment plaatsvindt met de hogere doelstellingen van de organisatie, via het Portfolio Management. Het SAFe raamwerk benoemt en coördineert de noodzakelijke rollen om zakelijke wendbaarheid op Enterprise niveau te bewerkstelligen.
Doelgroep
De training is bedoeld voor alle teamleden van de Agile Release Trains, evenals die van de System Team w.o System - & Network - & Database - & Storage Administrators. Dit geldt ook voor QA Managers en Security Officers, Development - & Engineering - & Configuration - & Release Managers.
Vooropleiding
Er worden geen specifieke eisen gesteld t.a.v. de vooropleiding. Bekendheid met Agile principes en toepassingen daarvan, worden wel wenselijk geacht.
Certificering
De training bereidt u voor op het SAFe-SDP examen. Dit examen kunt u, na aanmelding hiervan bij Scaled Agile Inc. (door de trainer, na afloop van de training), online afleggen.
Let op: dit examen moet binnen 30 dagen na de training worden afgelegd.
Na succesvolle afronding (score ≥ 75%) van het examen ontvangt u het wereldwijd erkende SAFe-SDP certificaat en krijgt u een jaar lang gratis toegang tot de besloten online community.

Kanban System Design (KMP1)
Kanban, een alternatief pad naar Wendbaarheid
De essentie van Kanban: “Start where you are”, “Stop starting, start finishing”, wees pragmatisch en neem kleine stappen. Neem de benadering van evolutionaire verandering. Er is geen noodzaak voor ingrijpende wijzigingen in de dienstverlening of de organisatiestructuur. Met Kanban kunt u zelfs uw huidige silo laten werken. U kunt Kanban praktijken en beginselen reeds op de eerste dag op kantoor na de training toepassen.
Kanban System Design KMP1 is een zeer interactieve training van 2 dagen, dat is geaccrediteerd door de Lean Kanban University LKU. Het is een combinatie van training onder leiding van een instructeur, groepsdiscussies en spelsimulatie om te illustreren hoe goed de methode teams en organisaties helpt hun dienstverlening te verbeteren. Wat is de Lean Kanban University (LKU)
De LKU is het orgaan dat het curriculum van de Kanban-trainingen verzorgt en de kwaliteit ervan bewaakt. De moeder organisatie van LKU, Lean Kanban Inc werd opgericht door David J Anderson, de bedenker van de Kanban Methode.

Red Hat, bekend van het Enterprise-level Linux Operating System, heeft ruime keus in cloud-based oplossingen voor hen die hun systemen willen virtualiseren om zich te ontworstelen aan kostbaar en tijdrovend onderhoud van on-site systemen. Tijdens de cursus Red Hat Cloud Infrastructure leer je hoe je je applicaties en data omgevingen kunt virtualiseren en in- en/of extern te ontsluiten. Hierbij gebruik makende van de verschillende virtualisatie en cloud oplossingen die het platform rijk is.
Algemene omschrijving
Tegenwoordig is het zeer gebruikelijk om niet zelf meer servers te houden of rackspace te huren maar alles in “de cloud” te hebben. Dit biedt een legio aan voordelen zoals eenvoud en eenduidigheid van interfaces, snel inzetbaar en schaalbaar, zeer hoge up-time en alleen betalen voor wat je gebruikt. Naast Red Hat Cloud Suite (een volledig aanbod van cloud services) is er ook Red Hat Cloud Infrastructure, waar de nadruk ligt op het virtualiseren van je data center en deze in-house of publiek toegankelijk te maken.
Tijdens de cursus leer je over het Red Hat Cloud platform, virtualisatie, cloud based infrastructuur management en koppelingsmogelijkheden met andere populaire cloudplatforms als Amazon Web Services en Microsoft Azure. Er wordt uitgebreid stilgestaan bij het onderbrengen van data, het ontsluiten ervan via Private en Public Clouds en behoefte afhankelijk opschalen. Microsoft Azure Machine Learning Studio is een krachtige, visuele online tool voor machine learning toepassingen. Het is flexibel en zeer toegankelijk met de visuele workflow editor, waarmee je snel predictive analytics-oplossingen kunt toepassen op je data.
Machine Learning Studio beschikt over een grote bibliotheek aan ingebouwde pakketten, API's, algoritmen en herbruikbare en aanpasbare code, voor zowel de programmeertalen Python als R. Door de flexibele opzet en de vele beschikbare standaard bibliotheken is Machine Learning Studio erg toegankelijk en kost het relatief weinig moeite om complexe machine learning modellen uit te voeren.
Daarnaast biedt Machine Learning Studio voor de meer veeleisende gebruiker de mogelijkheid om bijvoorbeeld eigen code toe te voegen, bestaande code aan te passen, eigen modellen te trainen en met behulp van API's externe systemen te koppelen.

De training is praktijkgericht opgebouwd. Je werkt met herkenbare scenario’s rondom deployments, schaalbaarheid, monitoring en beheer van Kubernetes-workloads binnen Azure. Deze training is voor IT’ers die Azure Kubernetes Service willen gebruiken voor het opzetten, beheren en automatiseren van Kubernetes-clusters, containerworkloads en deployments binnen cloud- en DevOps-omgevingen.
Voorkennis

WAT IS ZKM
De Zelfkonfrontatiemethode (ZKM(R)) of Zelfkennis methode is een unieke, wetenschappelijk onderbouwde methode om mensen in korte tijd te coachen naar nieuw gedrag dat is gebaseerd op zelfinzicht. Op heldere en effectieve wijze ontstaat snel inzicht in de rode draad van iemands gedrag en functioneren en de – vaak onbewuste - motieven en emoties die daarbij een rol spelen.
De ZKM is een relatief kort en intensief coachingstraject volgens een vaste opbouw. Het is gebaseerd op de narratieve psychologie, waarbij het levensverhaal centraal staat. Met dit verhaal geeft een persoon op zijn eigen manier betekenis aan zichzelf, zijn omgeving en zijn leven. Samen met de coach brengt de cliënt dit verhaal in kaart. Vervolgens worden de persoonlijke gevoelens die ónder dit levensverhaal liggen, inzichtelijk gemaakt. Dit vormt de basis voor een aantal analysegesprekken, waardoor de cliënt direct een grondig inzicht krijgt in de patronen in zijn denken en doen.
Dit inzicht in persoonlijke gevoelspatronen stimuleert bewustwording, zodat van daaruit de gewenste veranderingen kunnen worden ingezet. Het zelfonderzoek en de coaching die daarbij hoort, is geen test of therapie. Het is wel een bewezen, uiterst effectieve methode om op basis van nieuwe inzichten nieuw gedrag te gaan ontwikkelen.

This module focuses on how to document requirements. Different frameworks for requirements formulation are introduced (traditional requirements statements, user stories).
Module 4: Analyzing requirements
