EC-Council’s Certified Network Defender (C|ND) is a comprehensive, vendor-neutral network security certification designed for IT professionals and system administrators who need to operate with a security-focused mindset.

Deze training is alleen mogelijk als VIP-training (1-op-1) of als incompanytraining vanaf 3 personen. Je ontvangt na de training een certificaat. De maximale groepsgrootte is 10deelnemers.
Stap 1. De voorbereiding
Vooraf aan de training is er een intake. Daarna ontvangen de deelnemers een samenvatting van de theorie en een voorbereidende opdracht.
Stap 2. De training
Tijdens de trainingsdag zelf is er veel ruimte en aandacht voor het oefenen van de persoonlijke situaties. De werkvormen zijn zeer afwisselend: theorie, praktijk- en groepsopdrachten en discussies. Je leert vooral door te doen en van de persoonlijke feedback tijdens de verschillende oefeningen en opdrachten. Door het gedrag zelf te ervaren, herken je het beter en pas je nieuw gedrag sneller toe.

Omgaan met Weerstand en Emotie
Waarom doe je niet gewoon wat ik zeg? Lopen de emoties op jouw werk weleens hoog op? Word jij soms overdonderd door de reactie van een ander? Hoe kun je nou meer door anderen gedaan krijgen? Wat kun je doen als de ander in de weerstand schiet? Hoe kun je je eigen weerstand herkennen?
Als je regelmatig gesprekken voert, krijg je daarbij soms ook te maken met weerstand. Medewerkers die hun hakken in het zand zetten, een collega die weigert zijn gedrag aan te passen of een klant die jouw antwoord niet wil accepteren. Terwijl van jou wordt verwacht dat je rustig blijft, reageert de ander onredelijk of zelfs boos. Hoe kun je daar zo goed mogelijk mee omgaan? Je schiet in deze situaties vaak zelf ook in de weerstand en al die oplopende emoties helpen je niet om jouw doel te bereiken.
In de training ‘Omgaan met weerstand en emoties’ leer je op verschillende manieren goed om te gaan met weerstand en emoties. Je leert de verschillende uitingsvormen van weerstand herkennen en krijgt inzicht in hoe en waardoor weerstand ontstaat. Je wordt je bewust van jouw kwaliteiten en valkuilen in het omgaan met weerstand. Je krijgt inzicht in jouw belemmerende denkpatronen en hoe je deze kunt doorbreken. Je gaat aan de slag met opbouwende feedback geven en de ander confronteren met jouw feedback. Je leert hoe je emotioneel gedrag ombuigt en grenzen stelt aan grensoverschrijdend gedrag. Je leert hierbij je eigen emoties goed te hanteren, zodat je effectief met weerstand en emoties om kunt gaan, terwijl je stevig in je eigen schoenen blijft staan.

Na de training ‘Omgaan met weerstand en emoties’ kun je weerstand beter herkennen, weet je waar weerstand vandaan komt en je hebt inzicht in hoe je met weerstand kunt omgaan. Deze training is alleen mogelijk als VIP-training (1-op-1) of als incompanytraining vanaf 3 personen. Je ontvangt na de training een certificaat. De maximale groepsgrootte is 10 deelnemers.
Stap 1. De voorbereiding
Vooraf aan de training is er een intake met de trainer. Daarna ontvang de deelnemers een samenvatting van de theorie en een voorbereidende opdracht.
Stap 2. De training
Tijdens de trainingsdag zelf is er veel ruimte en aandacht voor het oefenen van de persoonlijke situaties. De werkvormen zijn zeer afwisselend: theorie, praktijk- en groepsopdrachten en discussies. Je leert vooral door te doen en van de persoonlijke feedback tijdens de verschillende oefeningen en opdrachten. Door het gedrag zelf te ervaren, herken je het beter en pas je nieuw gedrag sneller toe.

OVERVIEW
This course is designed to provide the Data Protection Officer with a full range of competencies to deliver their organisations GDPR compliance.
In the CIPP/E elements, you will gain foundational knowledge on both broad and global concepts of privacy and data protection laws and practice. You will learn common principles and approaches to privacy as well as understand the major privacy models employed around the globe. An introduction to information security concepts and information security management and governance will be covered including frameworks, controls, and identity and access management. You will also learn about online privacy as it relates to using personal information on websites and other internet-related technologies.
This course delves into the context of European data protection law: origins, institutions and legislative framework; data protection concepts, principles and application, including processing criteria, obligations, data subject rights, confidentiality and security, notification requirements, international data transfers, and supervision and enforcement; and European data protection practices related to employment, surveillance, direct marketing and outsourcing.
In the CIPM elements, you will learn how to create a privacy programme at an organizational level, develop and implement a framework, and establish metrics to measure programme effectiveness. In an interactive format applying practices to a real-world scenario, you will review privacy programme practices through the privacy life cycle: assess, protect, sustain and respond.
The CIPP/E and CIPM designations are accredited under the internationally recognized ANSI/ISO standard 17024:2012, an acknowledgement of the quality and integrity of the programme.
