Introductie Faciliteren ((Brainstormen)
Faciliteren biedt een aanpak om de complexe vraagstukken van deze tijd op een andere effectievere manier op te pakken. Om deze vraagstukken op te lossen zijn meerdere disciplines nodig en is het noodzakelijk om het vraagstuk van diverse kanten te bekijken. Daarnaast helpt de inzet van creativiteit om alternatieve oplossingen te bedenken. Er moet samengewerkt worden. Maar samenwerken gaat niet zomaar. Er treden verstorende groepsprocessen op. Je weet dat het anders kan en moet, maar:
Wat betekent faciliteren eigenlijk?
Wat komt er allemaal bij kijken?
Hoe pak je het aan?
Zijn er standaard ontwerpen voor een bijeenkomst?
Waar kan ik werkvormen vinden?
Wat zijn energizers eigenlijk?
Tijdens deze kennismakingstraining laten we zien en ervaren wat faciliteren is en welke mogelijkheden faciliteren biedt. Je krijgt antwoord op de eerde genoemde vragen. We reiken je tijdens de training een aantal werkvormen aan die je na de training direct zelf kunt gebruiken.
Wat doen we tijdens de training
Tijdens deze introductie van een halve dag presenteren we een interactief programma waarin we je kennis laten maken met het begeleiden van groepen (faciliteren).
Die onderwerpen die behandeld worden, worden door de deelnemers aan de training bepaald en variëren daarom per uitvoering. Mogelijke onderwerpen zijn:
De houding van de facilitator.
Typen bijeenkomsten met hun consequenties.
Methoden en werkvormen.
Energizers.
Groepsdynamica.
Resultaat
Aan het eind van de training heb je ervaren wat de toegevoegde waarde van faciliteren van bijeenkomsten is en kun je bepalen of faciliteren iets voor jezelf of je organisatie is.
Let opDeze training wordt alleen in-company gegeven. We maken graag een proghramma op maat. De kosten die genoemd zijn betreffen alleen de trainingskosten voor een training van 4 uur met 2 trainers. Afhankelijk van de locatie en de duur van de training kunnen hier nog kosten bijkomen.

Geven van interactieve workshops op Congressen
Congressen zijn vaak eenrichtingsverkeer. Er wordt gestart met een key-note spreker. Twee of meer rondes van sub-sessies, waar sprekers een verhaal vertellen, volgen. Het congres wordt weer afgesloten met een een key-note spreker. Tussendoor zijn er pauzes om te netwerken en de eventueel aanwezige beursvloer te bezoeken. Het hele congres staat daarmee in het teken van het type meeting Meedelen of Zenden. De deelnemers zijn toe hoorders. Als organisatie wil je meer, maar:
Hoe zorg je er voor dat er interactie tussen de spreker en de groep ontstaat?
Hoe zorg je er voor dat de deelnemers écht betrokken raken?
Hoe zorg je er voor dat de deelnemers iets gaan doen met hetgeen ze tijdens de sessie gehoord/geleerd hebben?
Tijdens deze, voor jouw organisatie volledig op maat gemaakte, training krijg je handvatten om de interactie tussen deelnemers en sprekers te vergroten. Hoe ver je daarin wilt gaan, bepaal je zelf.

Jouw congres wordt een conferentie waar de deelnemers centraal staan.

de consequenties ervan voor de opzet van een interactieve sub-sessie;

Je oefent met werkvormen die je kunt gebruiken:
in het plenaire deel van het congres;
bij de check-in van sub-sessies;
tijdens de sub-sessie;
bij de check-out van sub-sessies.
