This four-day Implementing SAFe course will teach you how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by leveraging the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), as well as the five core competencies of the Lean Enterprise. For those of us already working with Lean/Agile on a daily basis, this program provides you with a deeper understanding of its principles and practices.
You will also gain insights and practice how to coach programs, launch Agile Release Trains, build a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with DevOps culture, and build a Lean Portfolio.
The first two days of the course—Leading SAFe®—are all about the basics you need to teach SAFe to leaders. The final two days focus exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe in your organization. After taking the SAFe 5 Program Consultant Exam, you’ll certify as a SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC).

This three-day Release Train Engineer course will provide you with an in-depth understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in the SAFe enterprise. You will learn how to facilitate and enable end-to-end value delivery through ARTs and value streams.
You will also learn how to build a high-performing ART by becoming a servant leader and coach, and how to plan and execute a Program Increment (PI) planning event, the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization. After taking the SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) exam, you’ll certify as a SAFe 6.0 Release Train Engineer.

For those who intend to take the SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification exam, the following prerequisites are highly recommended:

Erleichtern und ermöglichen Sie die End-to-End-Bereitstellung von Mehrwert durch Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Erfahren Sie zudem, wie Sie als SAFe® 6.0 Release Train Engineer (RTE) einen leistungsstarken ART aufbauen, indem Sie ein motivierter Manager und Coach werden.
Die Hauptaufgabe eines Release Train Engineers:
Aufbau und Steuerung eines leistungsfähigen Agile Release Trains (ART) mit bis zu 150 Projektbeteiligten. Ihre Führungsrolle ist zugleich leitend und orientierungsgebend.
Das Training bereitet Sie auf Ihre transformatorische Aufgabe vor, die den Visionär, den Coach und die Führungskraft in Ihnen fordert. Konkret gehören Planung und Ausführung von Programm-Zuwachs ebenso dazu wie die Koordination der ART-Prozesse und die Unterstützung der Teams. Wir werden erlebnisorientiert und praxisnah arbeiten.
Dieses Training schließt mit der Prüfung zum „Scaled Agile™ SAFe RTE“ ab. Diese erfolgt unter strengen Qualitätsstandards, so dass Sie gut vorbereitet sind, um Ihre Rolle in einem SAFe-Unternehmen effektiv zu erfüllen.
