Zitananalyse en roelstoelen
Veel mensen met een beperking zijn afhankelijk van een rolstoel en/of vervoersvoorziening. Heeft u te maken met wensen en behoeften van de cliënt maar ook met de technische mogelijkheden en kosten? In deze training wordt er gekeken naar de medische, ergonomische en technische aspecten om zo een passende oplossing voor de cliënt te vinden. Tijdens de training ‘Zitanalyse en Rolstoelen’ leert u het zitten te observeren en welke eisen er gesteld worden vanuit de gebruiker aan de rolstoel. Ook de verschillen tussen de WMO/WLZ/ZVW/UWV wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot rolstoelen worden tijdens deze dag behandeld.
Resultaat
De training geeft u naast uw eigen basiskennis, een verdieping op het gebied van rolstoelen en het gebruik ervan. U leert het zitten te observeren en u kunt zelfstandig een programma van eisen opstellen ten behoeve van een rolstoel.
Leerdoelen
Na deze training:
Weet u waar u op moet letten bij een goede zithouding;
Weet u hoe u lichaamsmaten moet opmeten ten behoeve van het selecteren van een juiste rolstoel;
Weet u het verschil tussen een actieve en een passieve rolstoel;
Weet u het verschil tussen een trippelstoel en een trippelrolstoel;
Weet u welke simpele aanpassingen er op de rolstoel mogelijk zijn;
Weet u wanneer de Wlz verantwoordelijk is voor de rolstoel en wanneer de;
Wat het UWV met rolstoelen doet en wanneer er een samenwerking met ZVW plaatsvindt.
Voor wieDeze training is bedoeld voor zowel beginnende als ervaren Wmo- consulenten en generalisten in Sociale teams die iets meer willen weten over de mogelijkheden van rolstoelen.

Het programma bestaat uit een eendaagse training waarbij de volgende onderwerpen aan bod komen;

Wlz versus Wmo
Antropometrie; het meten van lichaamsmaten
Observeren van het zitten
Behandelen van mogelijkheden incidentele rolstoel, semi-permanente rolstoel
Rolstoelaanpassingen
Soorten Rolstoelen; trippelstoel versus trippelrolstoel, actief versus passieve rolstoel

Complexe scheidingen
Per jaar maken in Nederland zo´n zeventigduizend kinderen de scheiding van hun ouders mee. Regelmatig verliezen ouders daarbij het belang van hun kinderen uit het oog en staan ze continue in de vechtstand. Hiermee neemt ook het aantal casussen met scheidingsproblematiek, waar het sociale team en de jeugdhulpverleners mee te maken krijgen, toe. Tijdig signaleren van problemen bij scheiding is erg belangrijk zodat gezinnen die vorm van ondersteuning, begeleiding of hulp krijgen die zij nodig hebben.
Professionals binnen het sociaal domein worden steeds vaker betrokken bij gezinnen waar sprake is van complexe scheidingen. De families en hun netwerk vragen veel van u als professional. Vaak omdat er sprake is van een vechtscheiding, met heftige en langdurige conflicten tussen de ouders. Tijdens de ééndaagse training Complexe scheidingen leert u als professional hoe u uit het conflict kunt blijven, de strijd niet te versterken en om anders en breder te kijken dan betrokkenen doen.
Voor iedereen die beroepsmatig in aanraking komt met ouders en kinderen die in een complexe scheiding zijn beland en die hun kennis en vaardigheden willen uitbreiden in het omgaan met kinderen en ouders die te maken hebben met scheidingsproblematiek.

Theorie over de dynamiek van een conflictscheiding; conflictstijlen, rolverandering van ouders, (de-) escalatie;
Gevolgen van een (conflict)scheiding voor het kind; het verloop van de ontwikkeling en het verwerkingsproces bij kinderen;
Positie van het kind in het scheidingsproces; het centraal stellen van de jeugdige;
Gespreksvoering met ouders en kinderen; motiverende gespreksvoering vanuit een oplossingsgerichte basishouding;
Geven van psycho-educatie; scheidingsproces, effecten op het kind;
Bewustwording en omgaan met de professionele attitudevorming; meervoudige partijdigheid, positioneren en engageren;
Hulpverleningsvormen voor ouders en kinderen.

Limited Offshore Safety Introduction and Emergency Response Training (NOGEPA 0.4)
Target group:
This course is intended for occasional visitors travelling to and from an offshore mining installation solely for the purpose of a visit. The visit is only allowed under the following conditions: - The visitor will not participate in any operational activity on board of the installation. - During the visit the visitor shall be under guidance of a qualified an instructed crewmember. Note: this course cannot be used as a replacement for delegates (regular) visiting offshore mining installations even if they are not participating physically in any operating activity.
Prerequisites:
No training pre-requisites are required. Persons enrolling on this course must be able to show a valid medical certificate prior to participating in practical exercises.
Objective:
Some people working in or for the oil & gas industry occasionally travel from and to offshore mining installations solely for purpose of a visit. To make sure these people can travel safe by helicopter and know how to behave on board of the installation they participate in this one day course. The training consist of several theoretical and practical modules: safety introduction, helicopter safety, survival at sea and helicopter safety and escape training (HUET). To train delegates in acquiring a sufficient level of understanding of circumstances and hazards on an offshore mining installation and sufficient basic knowledge of emergency response and self-rescue actions, while travelling to and from the installation by helicopter.
