However, it can sometimes be challenging to know where to start and what steps to take to assist someone effectively. This method focuses primarily on discovering the most vitalizing career prospects, making it unique. After all, what could be more important than engaging in work that energizes and makes you happy?

During this 3-month programme, you will learn to work with essential components of this method, such as biography, core quadrants, the theory of elements, and your professional mission. This interactive training includes on-site teaching days, e-coaching, and practical assignments. You will also work with a trial client, often a fellow student, to immediately practice the techniques presented to you. This is an ideal way to further develop yourself as an HR advisor or coach and to enhance your skills in career advising.

The programme is conducted by an experienced career coach who knows the method inside out and can teach you all its intricacies.
