Train de trainer "volens strategisch opleiden principe".
Strategisch opleiden betreft trainingen met de visie en missie van de organisatie als uitgangspunt. Dat wil zeggen dat een training de organisatiedoelstellinge dient te ondersteunen.
"in de praktijk worden vaak ervaren medewerkers ingezet om trainingen te geven. Dat is op zich een logische insteek; echter trainen is een vak op zicht".
Hoe zet ik een training op? Hoe zorg ik ervoor dat de te leren stof wordt opgenomen en belangrijker nog wordt toegepast in de praktijk? Hier komt het vak "trainer" om de hoek".

We bieden sportclinics aan en verschillende beweeg-, voeding en vitaliteitsprogramma’s. Wij doen dat voor kleine en grote organisaties en bedrijven zoals het UWV en Aholddelhaize.
