Afvallen, maar niet meer op wilskracht!
Blijf je snakken naar bepaald voedsel en krijg je maar geen grip op de emotionele kant van eten? Ondanks al je goede voornemens toch de verleiding niet kunnen weerstaan? Moedeloos omdat je al heel lang op wilskracht tegen overgewicht vecht, zonder blijvend resultaat?

Bij de Maatjes gaan we in een groepje op weg naar moeiteloos afvallen. De cursus is gericht op het op natuurlijke wijze minder snakken naar (bepaald) voedsel, het oplossen van de emoties rond overgewicht en het creëren van goede balans tussen je brandstof en je verbranding.
In de De Maatjes-cursussen ga je de onderliggende emoties en overtuigingen van jouw eetpatroon oplossen door middel van de Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), afgewisseld met andere leuke processen. Je krijgt praktische handvatten om je snakken aan te pakken. Handvatten die je ook na de cursus goed kunt gebruiken. Je gaat lekkerder in je vel zitten en daardoor is de kans groot is dat je makkelijker gaat afvallen.

Apache Storm is een stream processing framework dat kan worden ingezet bij het parallel verwerken van grote hoeveelheden data. In deze cursus leer je hoe je dit pakket gebruikt om snel bruikbare gegevens uit grote informatiesystemen te destilleren.
Algemene omschrijving
In situaties waar je te maken hebt met grote informatiestromen (bijv. verkeer van een populaire website en data die voortkomen uit real-time metingen) die onder hoge snelheid binnenkomen kan stream processing uitkomst bieden. Door verschillende taken, zoals transformaties en bewerkingen, parallel te schakelen kan je de snelheid waarmee informatie uit de gegevens gepresenteerd wordt drastisch verlagen.

Met Apache Storm kun je deze processen inrichten en beheren en afstemmen op je specifieke wensen. Tijdens de Apache Storm cursus leer je het pakket te installeren, configureren en in te passen binnen je organisatie of project. Begrippen als topology, nodes, Spouts en Bolts zullen geen geheimen meer voor je kennen.

Een paar voorbeelden: het schrijven van e-mails voor backoffice (mbo+), het schrijven van beleidstukken en adviezen voor een waterschap (hbo+), notuleren voor een pool secretarieel ondersteuners (mbo+), schijven voor onlinemedia voor de marketingafdeling van een metaalbedrijf, commercieel en creatief schrijver voor een landelijke aannemer (mbo+).
Ik heb ruim 20 jaar ervaring als schrijftrainer en coach en ben auteur van verschillende 'schrijf'boeken: Gereedschapskist Aantrekkelijk Formuleren, Noteer je dit even? en Commercieel en Crreatief Schrijven.
