BPMN in de Praktijk: van beschrijvend naar analytisch modelleren (3 dagen (2 klassikaal + 1 online) – ook volledig online of klassikaal mogelijk) Maak procesmodellen die zowel begrijpelijk als inhoudelijk correct zijn. Veel teams tekenen “op gevoel” een flow met lint-icoontjes. Dat is prima voor een eerste schets, maar kost uitleg bij stakeholders en mist vaak precisie. In deze cursus leer je processen analyseren vanuit requirements, ze beschrijvend (descriptive) in BPMN neerzetten én doorstoten naar analytische modellen waarmee je regels expliciet vastlegt en requirements direct in je modellen specificeert. We werken met best practices en richtlijnen zodat je modellen naadloos aansluiten op je doelgroep (business, IT of management). Wat je gaat doen Procesanalyse vanuit wensen & eisen: vind processen vanuit businessbehoeften en customer journeys. Descriptive → analytical BPMN: maak eerst begrijpelijke schetsen en verfijn naar formele, toetsbare modellen. Besluitlogica expliciet maken: koppel waar nodig Decision Modeling (DMN) zodat regels en uitzonderingen duidelijk én herbruikbaar worden. Modelleerrichtlijnen toepassen: schrijf en teken consequent, doelgroepeer en voorkom misinterpretaties. De drie BPMN-perspectieven (die je leert combineren) BPMN Orchestration: de “normale” procesflow met beslissingen, events, boundary events, lussen, taken, transacties en subprocessen. BPMN Conversation: communicatie tussen partijen in de value chain; ideaal als contextmodel van de organisatie. BPMN Choreography: interface-processen tussen twee of meer partijen; sluit uitstekend aan op event-driven analyse.
