Jouw rol als adviseur: helder krijgen wat van jou is en wat niet — en dat zelfverzekerd communiceren

Onder de oppervlakte: verborgen groepsdynamieken en politieke processen herkennen en er handig mee omgaan
Jouw eigenheid als adviseur: je unieke kwaliteiten bewust inzetten in plaats van ze onderschatten.
Werkwijze
De training is intensief en praktijkgericht. Je werkt met echte situaties uit je eigen werk: lastige opdrachtgevers, taaie vraagstukken, momenten waarop je niet wist hoe verder. Daarnaast krijg je herkenbare adviessituaties aangereikt die je direct kunt toepassen. De drie trainingsdagen zijn verspreid over een periode van enkele weken, zodat je tussen de dagen kunt oefenen en ervaringen meeneemt terug naar de groep. Er is ruimte voor reflectie, uitwisseling en verdieping — in een kleine groep van maximaal 10 deelnemers.
Deelnemers
Je volgt deze training in een groep van maximaal 10 deelnemers die allen een adviestaak of – functie hebben. Door de diversiteit van de groep leer je adviesvragen vanuit verschillende invalshoeken en in verschillende organisatieculturen bekijken, terwijl je ook veel herkenning vindt bij elkaar.

Als functioneel beheerder vorm je de schakel tussen bedrijfsprocessen, eindgebruikers en de IT-afdeling. In deze cursus leer je hoe je informatiesystemen en applicaties beter laat aansluiten op de organisatie. Hiermee ontwikkel je kennis waarmee je de taal van zowel de business als IT-specialisten beter spreekt.
