EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

Werk jij dagelijks in een hulpverlenende functie met mensen, bijvoorbeeld als therapeut, pedagoog, gezinsbegeleider, jeugdprofessional of coach? En zou je je graag verder willen specialiseren in een vakgebied waarmee je mensen op een vrij eenvoudige doch effectieve manier van veel vormen van stress of spanning kunt afhelpen? Of overweeg je een carrièreswitch? Dan is de opleiding EFT wellicht interessant voor jou. De EFT opleiding leert je hoezeer onze gedachten, overtuigingen en emoties ons beïnvloeden en hoe we dit proces in positieve zin kunnen sturen. De methode maakt gebruik van de meridianen ofwel energiebanen in je lichaam, zoals bekend uit de acupunctuur. Centraal hierbij staat de zogeheten klopmethode, ook wel tappen genaamd. Door met de vingertoppen zachtjes op bepaalde energiebanen op het gezicht en het bovenlichaam te kloppen worden bepaalde gebieden in de hersenen gestimuleerd en negatieve emoties geneutraliseerd. Wie dit regelmatig toepast, zal merken dat het makkelijker wordt om beperkende overtuigingen te doorbreken en dat het leven lichter wordt. Het mooie van EFT is, dat iedereen het kan leren als zelfhulpmethode. Daarnaast bereiken professionele begeleiders met EFT de uitstekende resultaten voor het welzijn van hun cliënten, mede doordat deze methode als geen ander uitgaat van de onbewuste programmering van de menselijke geest. Zo zorgen affirmaties – een tekst die je hardop of in gedachten uitspreekt – ervoor dat je onbewuste versterkt wordt. Bijvoorbeeld als je heel bewust de zin ‘ik mag zijn, zoals ik ben’ uitspreekt, dan beïnvloedt dat onherroepelijk jouw zelfvertrouwen en zelfbeeld. Na afloop van de EFT opleiding weet je hoe je een negatieve overtuiging kunt transformeren naar een positieve, en ook hoe je jezelf én anderen kunt leren om overmatige zorgen en stress los te laten en uit je leven te bannen. Leer over EFT en Chinese geneeskunde Emotional Freedom Techniques, oftewel EFT, is een methode die is gebaseerd op de Chinese geneeskunde. Je leert onder meer wat QI – oftewel levensenergie – is en wat je eraan kunt doen om dit te vergroten. Verdiep je in meridianen Maak kennis met de meridianen, hoe ze door ons lichaam lopen, welke organen hieraan gekoppeld zijn en waar je de startpunten vindt om de werking ervan te bevorderen. Hoe staan organen en emoties met elkaar in verbinding? Leer welke organen gekoppeld zijn aan bepaalde emoties. Immers, wanneer je een emotionele reactie ervaart, probeert het lichaam je informatie te geven en bewust te maken van een probleem. Door het toepassen van EFT kun je dit proces in positieve zin beïnvloeden. Ga aan de slag met affirmaties EFT maakt gebruik van de kracht van het onderbewuste. Vooral het regelmatig uitspreken van affirmaties, ook wel bekrachtigende zinnen genoemd, maakt dat wij de woorden die wij uitspreken gaan geloven en dat de gedachten over onszelf veranderen.

Loopbaancoaching kan van onschatbare waarde zijn voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar meer plezier in hun werk, hun skills willen verbeteren, een carrièreswitch overwegen of die willen weten hoe ze hun loopbaan op de lange termijn kunnen plannen.
