After following the SIAM Foundation training you can:

• Describe the main concepts and processes of SIAM used in organizations.
• Develop a SIAM Ecosystem, where you learn to better organize your organization's resources.
• provide support in the implementation of SIAM, where you learn to make considerations based on the most important processes.
• reduce the risks associated with the SIAM Ecosystem and Integrated Services.
• link the different practices of SIAM with each other for a better service.
• Describe the most important phases of the implementation of SIAM for a better roll-out.

SIAM Foundation target group

The SIAM Foundation training is intended for professionals who want to implement SIAM in their organization and specifically for those
who are already working on IT Service Management processes.

SIAM Foundation pre-requisites

No prior knowledge is required for the SIAM Foundation course, but knowledge of IT Service Management is recommended.

SIAM Foundation level

The level of the SIAM Foundation course is MBO+.

SIAM Foundation duration

3 days, optionally the exam can be taken on the last day.
