Step 1: Learn about yourself
Complete the PDA assessment to gain valuable insights into your motivations, strengths, development areas and leadership style. It only takes 10-15 minutes.
Step 2: Gain clarity and focus
Meet with your coach for a 60-minute feedback session to thoroughly review your PDA report. This session helps you truly understand yourself so you can choose the right development focus.
Step 3: Define your leadership growth goal
Work with your coach to identify one specific leadership competency you want to improve. Together define clear, measurable objectives for this goal.
Step 4: Take action with MyPDACoach
Over the next 6 weeks, MyPDACoach will send tailored exercises, challenges and advice to help you actively work on your goal. Use these prompts to continuously strengthen your skills.
Step 5: Get external perspectives
Request feedback from colleagues to gauge how others see your leadership growth. Hearing new perspectives helps hold you accountable and points to your next steps.
Step 6: Plan for sustained progress
Meet with your coach one final time to celebrate your accomplishments, reflect on lessons learned and develop a plan to continue strengthening your leadership into the future.
