This SEEing® program brings ultra focus into setting the next step in your professional development. The program combines physical activity in the mountains with working on your personal themes. It is designed to disconnect from your daily routines and be able to see your ambition and the necessary steps to take you to the next level. During an intense three-days you and a group of peers will be strongly challenged in sharpening your focus, identifying your current barriers, and defining actions that will make a breakthrough to the next phase.

PROGRAMDay 1
- Morning: Arrival in village and hike to the mountain hut
- Afternoon: Personal introduction and determine development focus
- Evening: Campfire and introduction of the mountain guide
Day 2
- Morning: Sharpening of personal focus in the mountain hut
- Afternoon: Snowshoe hike to the mountain top
- Evening: Program on mountain top and nightly descent to the mountain hut
Day 3
- Morning: Activity and start personal action plan
- Afternoon: Completing personal action plan
- Evening: Dinner, wrap up and closing of program
