Opleiding: Business Analysis voor Projectmanagers [BAPM]

OVERVIEW

De complexiteit van IT projecten blijft alsmaar toenemen. Bij het afsluiten van projecten gaat men er vanuit dat er kwalitatieve oplossingen worden opgeleverd binnen de vastgestelde tijd en kosten. Business Analysis heeft een grote impact op succesvolle projecten. Een goed begrip van de rol van een Business Analyst in de organisatie en zijn/haar bijdrage aan het project zijn van groot belang. De tools en technieken die worden gebruikt, alsmede de deliverables die worden geleverd door de Business Analyst zijn essentieel om de projectdoelstellingen te kunnen halen.

Projectmanager hebben over het algemeen formele trainingen bijgewoond over PRINCE2, PMI®, IPMA, etc. De meeste projectmanagers hebben echter nooit trainingen gevolgd over Business Analysis, terwijl dit onderwerp steeds belangrijker wordt. Deze cursus slaat een brug tussen het vak Projectmanagement en Business Analysis.
