Lean Six Sigma Green Belts zijn specialisten in het uitvoeren van Lean Six Sigma projecten. Met de juiste combinatie van specialistische expertise, statistische analyse en gestructureerde Lean Six Sigma methodologie, is de Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in staat om aanzienlijke verbeteringen in prestaties en kwaliteit te realiseren. Een Lean Six Sigma Green Belt kan zelfstandig werken aan een verbeterproject, als projectmanager in een team, of als teamlid in een groter Black Belt-project.
Opleidingsniveau vereist: Hoger beroepsonderwijs / universitair niveau
De certificering bestaat uit een theoretisch element en een praktisch element. Het volledige Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificaat vereist een voldoende voor zowel het theoretische als praktische elementen
