The new High-impact training: SAFe Business Owner equips current SAFe Business Owners with the knowledge and tools they need to lead confidently in a Lean-Agile enterprise. Through interactive discussions and practical activities, participants deepen their understanding of the Business Owner role and how to maximize value delivery through alignment, accountability, and active engagement with Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

This new one-day training supports Business Owners in becoming strong partners in Lean Portfolio Management, Program Increment (PI) Planning, and the ongoing realization of business outcomes.

The SAFe Business Owner training teaches executives and decision-makers the essentials of guiding and maintaining a successful transformation. This targeted training focuses on the most important responsibilities of the Business Owner, building confidence, alignment, and practical knowledge without requiring prework or annual renewal.
