Opleiding: IPMA D training (English spoken)
IPMA-D is an internationally recognized certification for project management. It focuses on basic knowledge and skills, ideal for aspiring project managers or team members in projects.
During this training, you will prepare for the IPMA D exam by studying the syllabus and practicing competencies through practical assignments. For each training day, you will have studied the theory, practiced questions, and watched videos to ensure you are optimally prepared to apply what you have learned both individually and in small groups. You will be challenged to come up with (creative) solutions for the practical cases provided.
The training is based on the ICB-4 syllabus, version 1.3. In addition to focused knowledge transfer, the training emphasizes the practical application of the acquired insights and knowledge. IPMA D provides excellent opportunities to advance in project management and in your professional career.
In many training sessions, the teacher is the leader of the lesson, the focus of attention, and the primary distributor of information.
The teacher presents their material, often in the form of PowerPoint slides, answers questions, allows participants to practice the theory, and provides feedback.
Participants in the flipped classroom are more engaged. They study the theory at home, and during the class, they work independently or in small groups on problems under the guidance of a facilitator. It is a form of blended learning widely used in higher education. The facilitator is available for questions during the study.
