As a Product Owner, you want to maximize the value of your product for your stakeholders and deliver successful results. The role of a Product Owner is varied and strongly connected to a changing environment. You learn to take different perspectives and organizational levels into account.

In the IT environments you work together with a Development team. It is also possible to be a Product Owner in, for example, a Marketing, Human Resource or Product Development environment.
As a Product Owner you have different skills; business strategy, stakeholder management, product design, market analysis, customer contact and project management.
