Deze training leidinggeven aan verandering is voor ervaren teamleiders, projectleiders, adviseurs of managers met een hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau, die een sleutelrol hebben in het begeleiden van organisatieverandering en zich strategisch willen ontwikkelen. Inhoud In deze training leidinggeven aan verandering ontwikkel je de vaardigheden om verandering te begeleiden én strategisch te sturen. Je leert hoe je verandertrajecten effectief vormgeeft en medewerkers meekrijgt, ook als weerstand tegen verandering op de loer ligt. Je verdiept je in het strategisch perspectief van verandering: welke koers is nodig, hoe beïnvloed je besluitvorming, en hoe positioneer je jezelf als serieuze gesprekspartner voor directie of MT. Als change agent oefen je met beïnvloedingsstijlen, interventies en het bouwen van coalities die verandering versnellen. De training combineert actuele modellen en wetenschappelijke inzichten uit verandermanagement, strategisch leiderschap en organisatiepsychologie. Je stelt een veranderdiagnose op, analyseert welke factoren verandering versnellen of juist blokkeren, en leert hoe je daarop inspeelt. Je vertaalt dit direct naar je eigen praktijk en versterkt jouw impact bij complexe organisatieverandering. De volgende onderwerpen komen aan bod: Veranderdiagnose: versnellers en blokkades herkennen Veranderkundige modellen en leiderschapsstijlen Omgaan met weerstand in veranderingstrajecten Draagvlak creëren en beïnvloeden van gedrag Interventies bij gedrag en cultuur Politiek en krachtenvelden in de organisatie Gesprekstechnieken voor strategisch beïnvloeden Strategie en positionering van jouw rol als change agent Persoonlijk leiderschap en reflectie op je veranderaanpak Hoe ziet de training eruit? Jouw leertraject is opgebouwd uit een uitgebalanceerde mix van leeractiviteiten die je doet tijdens de drie bijeenkomsten, in de online leeromgeving, op je werk en thuis. Op de online leeromgeving staan opdrachten voor je klaar die jou voorafgaand, tijdens en na afloop van het traject helpen je kennis en kunde te vergroten en toe te passen in de praktijk.
