OVERVIEW
The Supporting Cisco Devices for Field Technicians (FLDTEC) training teaches you knowledge and skills related to on-site replacement of Cisco technologies across routing, switching, data center, unified computing system (UCS), and collaboration platforms. This includes hardware identification, cabling, configuration backup and restoration, and software upgrades/downgrades.

First, a candidate needs to complete the PECB ISO/IEC 27005 Foundation training course. There are no prerequisites on professional or risk management project experience required. Thus, following the training course, passing the exam and applying for the certificate are the only certificate program requisites that certificate holders shall meet before obtaining the certificate.
