Deze online NLP training bestaat uit drie verschillende modules met elk twee lessen. Elke les start met uitleg aan de hand van een filmpje, je kan tekst lezen én je kan oefeningen maken die je kan downloaden. De e-learning start met een informatieve tekst over wat NLP is. Als leidinggevende heb je meer invloed dan je denkt. In deze praktijkgerichte training van Creating Insights leer je signalen van (dreigend) verzuim herkennen, effectieve gesprekken voeren en met kleine acties grote impact maken op inzetbaarheid en verzuim in je team.
