Praktische training van Creating Insights voor leidinggevenden: leer verzuim terugdringen met signalering, heldere gesprekken en concrete acties voor inzetbaarheid en werkplezier. Ziekte overkomt je, verzuim is vaak beïnvloedbaar gedrag. Als leidinggevende heb je meer invloed dan je denkt. In deze praktijkgerichte training van Creating Insights leer je signalen van (dreigend) verzuim herkennen, effectieve gesprekken voeren en met kleine acties grote impact maken op inzetbaarheid en verzuim in je team. Je ontdekt hoe je op een professionele manier omgaat met privacy, weerstand en gedragsverandering. Deze training is bedoeld voor teamleiders, projectleiders en andere leidinggevenden die hun rol willen pakken in het terugdringen van (frequent) verzuim. We combineren theorie met herkenbare praktijkvoorbeelden en het oefenen van eigen casussen.
