Haal waarde uit ISAE 3402
ISAE 3402 is in korte tijd dé standaard voor Third Party Assurance geworden. Met een dergelijk programma verstrekt een Service Provider actief zekerheid over haar risico- en procesbeheersing aan de gebruikersorganisaties.
Een ISAE 3402-rapport beoogt duidelijkheid te scheppen, maar mist vaak het doel omdat er onduidelijkheid over de werking en mogelijkheden van ISAE 3402 bestaat. Hierdoor blijft belangrijke informatie onbenut, terwijl ISAE 3402 juist waardeverhogend werkt!
De sessie begint met gedegen uitleg van de standaard aan de hand waarvan vervolgens de mogelijkheden voor de gebruiker uiteengezet worden. Aan de orde komen onder andere:

beperkingen
opzet van een ISAE 3402 rapport
praktische inbedding in de gebruikersorganisatie
ontwikkelingen
Afhankelijk van de behoefte van de deelnemers is de nadruk op de diverse onderwerpen aan te passen.
De cursus is gericht op medewerkers van gebruikersorganisaties zoals Service Managers, Risk Managers en contracteigenaren, maar is ook uitermate leerzaam voor medewerkers van Service Providers. Deze diversiteit aan deelnemers draagt bij aan het inzicht in ISAE 3402.
