De praktijkdag vindt plaats op meerdere locaties in Nederland. Daarmee hopen we je te ontzorgen en je reistijd te beperken. Na inschrijving wordt de locatie en datum in overleg met jou en de begeleider bepaald.
Je hebt je papiertje maar dan begint het eigenlijk pas. Net als na het behalen van je rijbewijs, leer je pas echt als jijzelf de regie hebt; fouten maakt en daarvan leert en een bepaalde routine ontwikkelt. VastgoedBS helpt je daar graag bij. Door een paar uur mee te lopen met een ervaren adviseur, zie je direct hoe je de geleerde theorie moet toepassen in de praktijk. Hoe meet je een woning in, hoe beoordeel je de installaties, welke informatie moet je ter plaatse opnemen en welke informatie haal je op vanaf je kantoor?
(Tijdens deze les ga je een hele dag alleen, of met maximaal 2 andere cursisten, op pad met een adviseur)
Wat ga je leren?
Tijdens de praktijkdag zie je de adviseur aan het werk en heb je de gelegenheid om al je vragen te stellen. Je leert hoe je een woning opneemt en wat daar allemaal bij komt kijken. Je krijgt inzicht in het bepalen van verschillende waardes en hoe je installaties en materialen beoordeelt. Kortom, de praktijk is al haar facetten:
