Als Coach en Trainer begeleid ik individuen en teams die effectiever in hun werk willen worden en meer uit hun leven willen halen.
Er is veel mogelijk, van een enkele oriënterende sessie tot een uitgebreid traject. Altijd op maat, bij de wens van het individu. Het traject behelst coaching op persoonlijk leiderschap of loopbaancoaching.
In mijn coachgesprekken houd ik de ander op een betrokken maar stevige manier een kritische spiegel voor, waardoor ik snel tot de kern kom en toewerk naar een concreet resultaat. Daarbij laat ik het eigenaarschap op een aangename manier bij coachee liggen. Ik maak gebruik van mijn diverse coachopleidingen bij o.a.
