Algemene omschrijving
Europa speelt een steeds belangrijkere rol in het streven naar digitale soevereiniteit. In een technologisch landschap dat gedomineerd wordt door Amerikaanse spelers, groeit het besef dat controle over data, infrastructuur en software niet alleen een kwestie is van techniek, maar ook van geopolitiek, privacy en strategische autonomie. De afhankelijkheid van Big Tech roept fundamentele vragen op over eigenaarschap, regulering en Europese waarden.
De training Europese IT alternatieven biedt deelnemers inzicht in de belangrijkste Europese oplossingen op het gebied van IT-infrastructuur en software. We verkennen samen de technologische ecosystemen die in Europa ontstaan als reactie op de dominantie van partijen als Microsoft, Amazon, Google en Meta. Denk hierbij aan alternatieven op het gebied van cloudinfrastructuur, digitale werkplekoplossingen, softwareontwikkeling, dataopslag, security en IT-beheer.
In plaats van diepgaande technische implementaties, ligt de nadruk in deze training op oriëntatie, bewustwording en strategisch inzicht. Per categorie brengen we de dominante internationale spelers in kaart, en stellen daar concrete Europese alternatieven tegenover. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn Nextcloud als alternatief voor Google Workspace, het Franse OVHcloud als tegenhanger van AWS, of het Duitse Tutanota als privacyvriendelijke mailoplossing.
De training bestaat uit interactieve sessies waarin deelnemers kennismaken met de filosofie, het marktaandeel en de positionering van Europese IT-aanbieders. Daarbij bespreken we relevante kaders zoals de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG), de Digital Markets Act (DMA), en het Gaia-X-initiatief. Ook kijken we naar hoe Europese innovaties passen in bredere ontwikkelingen zoals open source-beleid, strategische autonomie en digitale duurzaamheid.
Door het volgen van deze training krijgen deelnemers niet alleen een overzicht van de alternatieven, maar ook de context waarin die zijn ontstaan en relevant zijn. Jouw werknemers opleiden voor Meewerken in de Procesindustrie
Zijn er binnen jouw organisatie productiemedewerkers werkzaam met de potentie om zich verder te ontwikkelen? Of wil je nieuwe medewerkers goede basiskennis over productiewerkzaamheden leren? Het opleidingstraject gaat in op het voorbereiden van het productieproces, het bedienen van apparatuur, het bewaken van het procesverloop en het afronden van het productieproces.
Resultaat
Het opleidingstraject duurt 5 maanden. De medewerker doorloopt tijdens het traject diverse modules met de daarbij horende praktijkopdrachten en theorietoetsen. Na afronding van de opleiding ontvangt de medewerker een mbo-certificaat, waarmee hij/zij later diverse vrijstellingen kan krijgen voor de officiële mbo bbl-opleiding: Operator A. Maar nog veel belangrijker: jouw medewerker weet het productieproces voor te bereiden, apparatuur te bedienen en het procesverloop te bewaken. Dat noemen wij resultaat uit opleiden.
