Hands-on with the Scrum framework

You learn to apply Scrum effectively. As a mentor, coach and facilitator you make the team energetic, self-organizing and productive. As a Scrum Master, you ensure that multidisciplinary teams work together effectively, even if they are not in the same office.

Interactive with lots of practice material

The Scrum Master training consists of 30% theory and 70% practice. The training contains so much practice because Scrum is simple, but not easy. In small groups you practice the theory with real life cases. During the Scrum Master training there is sufficient space to discuss your practical experience and issues.

Offline or Online training

The training lasts 2 days (physical on location) or four half days (online) and has a maximum of 16 participants. After participating you will receive a certificate from Scrum Academy. You will always get experienced trainers who ensure that you want to get started full of energy after the Scrum Master training!

All parts of the Scrum framework

You will learn the skills and Agile mindset you need to apply Scrum. This gives you all the knowledge to obtain an official Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM1) and/or PSPO1 certification online.
You learn the purpose and meaning of all parts in the Scrum framework. This way you can use the framework in a way that suits your organization. We provide practical methods and techniques to get started in practice with confidence and energy.

Certification Professional Scrum Master PSM I and PSPO I

After the Scrum Master training you will receive a certificate of participation from Scrum Academy. If you want to certify as a Scrum Master, you can do so through the certification at Scrum.org . This certification is not included in the price (this allows us to keep our pricing as competitive), but we can arrange it for you. If you wish, you can easily order it via the registration form. We will then arrange the rest and settle it with the invoice. So easy!

Then take a look at our Agile Team Facilitation training. In this training you learn to alternate energetic formats so that everyone stays focused, even online. You know exactly which tools you use at what time. Both remotely and in the office. You will go through the Sprint planning, retrospective and review and learn how you are guaranteed to achieve the goals of these events – also online. The online variant is a practical introduction to commonly used online tools.
