Opleiding: Executive Growth Workshop (English spoken)
EXECUTIVE GROWTH WORKSHOP
A 4-hour executive workshop on Growth Hacking. Here the how, what and why of Growth Hacking is discussed. After the start-up phase of a company or innovation within its own organization, the actual growth depends on the continued execution of experiments. The participants work on a practical case, which makes clear why continuous experimentation leads to actual growth. The participant also understands how innovation teams within existing organizations can be steered to achieve growth.
During this workshop the emphasis is on managing innovation processes through Growth Hacking and the use of Pirate Metrics, so that your (new) business development team will grow more effectively and efficiently.
FOR WHOM: This training is suitable for managers and senior management of sales, marketing, product development or innovation teams.
RESULT: After the workshop, the participants have sufficient tools to get started with managing "growth" teams. The participants know the principles behind Growth Hacking and know how Pirate Metrics contribute to providing insight into growth expectations. They can use this knowledge to manage teams and assess progress.
PREPARATION: Preparation for the workshop is not necessary. The participants receive the presentation after the workshop, with which they can start immediately.
BASED ON: This workshop is based on the Lean Startup methodology, Growth Hacking principles, Pirate Metrics combined and supplemented with various principles from models and methods such as: Agile, Customer Development, Effectuation, Getting Things Done, Growth Hacking and Innovation Accounting.
FACILITIES: This workshop can also be arranged at your own location
LANGUAGE: The workshop will be provided in English (Indien u de voorkeur geeft aan Nederlands, raden wij u aan de Nederlandstalige versie van deze cursus te bekijken).
