Opleiding: Executive Lean Startup Workshop (English spoken)

EXECUTIVE LEAN STARTUP WORKSHOP

A 4-hour executive workshop on the Lean Startup. We will discuss the origin of Lean Startup. Participants will work on a practical case, making it clear how Lean Startup teams can be managed within existing organizations. Finally, we look at how Lean Startup fits into a large organization (see the program).

During this workshop the emphasis is on managing innovation processes through Lean Startup teams, so that your (new) business development team can start more effectively and efficiently with an innovation and above all gets a realistic picture of the profit and loss.

FOR WHOM: This training is suitable for managers and senior management of sales, marketing, product development or innovation teams. 

RESULT: After the workshop, the participants have sufficient tools to get started with managing Lean Startup teams. Participants can use the Experiment Board and the Lean Canvas to manage teams and assess progress.

PREPARATION: Preparation for the workshop is not necessary. The participants receive the presentation with which they can start immediately.

BASED ON: This workshop is based on the Lean Startup methodology combined and supplemented with various principles from models and methods such as: Agile, Customer Development, Effectuation, Getting Things Done, Growth Hacking and Innovation Accounting.

3:45 p.m. to 4 p.m. - Joint handling of an example case

4:15 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. - Get started with the first experiment based on the Experiment board

4:45 pm - 5:00 pm - Pause

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm - Lean Startup in teams and in larger organizations with room for discussion

6:30 pm - 7:00 pm - Joint feedback and reflection on the significance of the Lean Startup for your organization
