WORKING WITH THE BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS

In the past, when startups were still talking to the bank to get the green light for their idea, they had to write a complex business plan of 30 pages, so to speak, complete with a financial forecast of 5 years and a roadmap for products of 18 months. For most startups who just have a great idea, it is impossible to complete such a plan. Simple, because much of the requested information is still unknown at this stage. In the current world of continuous innovation, where speed of learning has become the new unfair advantage, new business models are needed. The Business Model Canvas is one of the models that helps startups to convert their developed model for the company into a manageable business plan that fits on 1 A4.

FOR WHOM: This workshop is suitable for startups and SME entrepreneurs who want to shape their business model or want to test the existing business against the practice of today. Vocational teachers who want to train themselves in the Business Model Canvas are also very welcome.

RESULT: When you have completed the workshop, you can translate your validated idea for the company into a business plan or you can test the existing business model against practice. You learn how the Business Model Canvas works and apply it to your own company.

PREPARATION: The workshop requires no preparation. At the end of the workshop you will receive the presentation and you will have access to our online videos and tools that you can use right away.

METHODOLOGY: The workshop is based on the Business Model Canvas design by Osterwalder and Pigneur, supplemented by a variety of principles and methods from other models, such as: Agile, Customer development, implementation, Getting Things Done, Growth and Innovation Hacking accounting.

FACILITIES: The use of materials is included in the price.
