FROM BUSINESS IDEA TO BUSINESS MODEL

Starting a business starts with an idea. An idea that solves a customer problem. Is the problem recognized by the market and does the customer actually buy your solution? This workshop is about that. In two meetings we will work with the Lean Canvas, Value Propositions, Pitch MVPs and the Business Model Canvas. As a participant you will discover what the Lean Canvas entails and how you should apply it. In addition to learning to work with Lean Canvas, you also learn what Pitch MVPs are and when they should be used. Finally, we will translate what we have learned into the business plan in which the value proposition is central. We use the Business Model Canvas for this.

FOR WHOM: This workshop is suitable for starting entrepreneurs, innovation teams and entrepreneurs who create new business models. Vocational teachers who want to train in the Lean Canvas, MVPs and the Business Model Canvas are also very welcome.

RESULT: When you have completed the workshop, you will understand what the Lean Canvas stands for and how you can use it for the growth of a startup or new innovation. You put together your first Lean Canvas, develop a first version of a Pitch MVP and, with the help of the Business Model Canvas, have made a concrete translation into a design for your business plan in which the value proposition is central.

PREPARATION: The workshop requires no preparation. At the end of the workshop you will receive the presentation and you will have access to our online videos and tools that you can use right away.

METHODOLOGY: The workshop is based on the Lean Canvas model, MVP design, the Business Model Canvas from Osterwalder and Pigneur, supplemented by a variety of principles and methods from other models such as: Agile, Customer development, implementation, Getting Things Done, Growth and Innovation Hacking accounting.
