Opleiding: Godopoco Improvisatie op het werk (gamification van verbale, non-verbale communicatie)
This is a training course based on improvised communication, aiming for strengthening interpersonal communication skills.
Fair to fail is the largest barrier in effective communication.
In GODOPOCO training, modern approach to communication is developed: critics is part of improvement. The more feedback about own mistakes has been achieved. GODOPOCO training is based on this principle: participants simulate real dialogues and get feedback about own communication mistakes right away. During conversations, it is learned to listen to his verbal and nonverbal languages. This is easy to do with different people after training as well.
Learning starts practically right away, by using a combination of GODOPOCO communication and improvisation with warming up improvisation exercises. This is a friendly environment, in which everyone has the opportunity to learn.
During the training, you will develop the following 7 communication skills, which, according to GODOPOCO, are the most important:
- LISTENING : ability to keep attention, listen, here and now.
- FLEXIBILITY : ability to adapt to the other person's communication dynamics (eg, speaking speed, manners, movements).
- EMOTIONAL FREEDOM : ability to deliberately regulate own emotions, but not controlled by them.
- EMOTIONAL LITERACY : ability to name your feelings.
- BODY LANGUAGE: ability to use your body in order to initiate, change or terminate communication.
- ASSERTIVENESS : to be able to stand up for your own or other people's rights in a calm and positive way, without being either aggressive, or obedient.
- SPONTANEITY: ability to react with unexpected changes of circumstances.
